We have just sold our house with Manning Stainton and they've been faultless! Really good service- great communication re viewings and we always get feedback from viewings within 24 hours. We had a buyer who pulled out but Manning spent the day trying to generate interest from others which worked and we agreed another sale within a few days. Steve valued the property and he was very thorough, and James and Priya have managed our property since then and they have both been amazing- really efficient and lovely people. We would definitely use Manning Stainton again.

Throughout the sale of my property I found the whole team at Manning Stainton in Wetherby to be extremely professional, helpful and friendly. From the very first meeting with Steve Riley I felt confident about the attention and level of service the sale would receive. Initially Angela Murray worked hard on the sale up to the lockdown. Even though there were delays due to the Corona virus outbreak Steve rang me regularly to keep me updated. When the Office reopened Priya Hundal took over the managing of the sale. She was efficient, friendly and well organised. I am extremely happy with the service I have received and would not hesitate to recommend the team at Wetherby.

James Blackwood acted as the agent for the property we were buying and we really appreciated his non-pushy/pressure approach. Our house wasn't on the market at the time we submitted our offer but James negotiated a period of exclusivity which gave us the time to list our house and it sold within a couple of weeks (also sold through Manning Stainton). So we're very happy with the service that James provided and also Manning Stainton.
