I approached Manning's some time ago about putting our house on the market. There was no pressure, but they kept in touch until we felt the time was right. And we were right to chose Manning's as our preferred agent. Initially seen by Louise, before being appointed Leah as our dedicated Negotiator. Leah was great, friendly and professional, keeping in contact and ultimately securing a sale. Would def recommend Manning's and Leah. A joy to deal with and to date has proved to be very stress-free. Zarah has been very understanding of my concerns regarding the property I'm purchasing and has regularly chased up the vendors and contact companies when they have been very slow to respond (over a month). She has been very patient and apologised for inconvenience even though I've assured her that I haven't been frustrated with her. She certainly has excellent person to person skills. I believe your company is fortunate to have Zarah and if I was an employer she would without doubt be on my radar to recruit.

I was genuinely so impressed with Manning Stainton. They are a fantastic estate agents. Everyone was really friendly in the Wakefield Branch and I felt from minute one that everyone actually cared and wanted to help. Millie at the start of the process was super friendly and helpful. Harry who visited my property to value and take the photographs was also really friendly. In 24 hours the brochure was complete and the property listed on the market. 3 days later I had it sold STC. I couldn’t praise them enough with how quick they were with this process. As part of the process, you are allocated a move manager. My move manager was Ann Rimmington. I can’t begin to speak more highly of her. The conveyancers in all parts of the chain were so poor, but Ann was able to chase them everyday and keep the pressure on to get things done. Her communication was excellent and I was always kept in the loop. She’s absolutely fantastic at her job and without her I don’t know if the chain would have survived. Overall, I couldn’t have had a better experience with Manning Stainton, and I would highly recommend anyone to use them for their next move. I know I’d use them again in a heartbeat if I need them, but I’ve hopefully found my forever home now!

Very recently purchased a property via MS and was very impressed. Ellie (Crowder) sorted everything out for us, nothing was a problem and did everything she promised.. definitely felt like she went above and beyond. I then met the other staff yesterday when picking up the keys and again they were lovely as well as professional. I felt like the purchase went seamlessly and very quick and I’m quite sure the seller who had chosen MS felt the same after speaking to him. Poor communication / dishonesty. Semi salvaged by branch manager Lee. Inaccurate information has been given to me from start to finish by various staff members. E.g. “vendor will take £350k” the next day “vendor won’t entertain any offers below £360k”. A lack of communication is also an issue. Offers were made with no feedback until I called the branch. After my latest offer was seemingly ignored by the branch, I wrote a review on trust pilot. Branch manager Lee called me to discuss (which was good of him). He took the time to inform me that the house wasn’t advertised £100k over the market value to deceive people (see previous review) it was actually to test the market. This insight was very useful in understanding how MS operate). Eventually he did inform me that my offer wasn’t accepted and that the vendor was in receipt of significantly higher offers. Whilst not ideal, at least I now know where I stand, as previously the staff member had advised me that my offer of £330k was good as It’s cash. I would have gone higher and not wasted anyone’s time had I known the vendor was sitting on a better offer. Regardless, I now know the best way to get hold of MS is via these means. Still interested in the property.

I viewed some houses and ultimately purchased a house with Intercounty at the end of 2025 and they were brilliant. They were friendly, honest and reliable. Ashley was excellent and worked efficiently to progress the purchase. He provided us with regular updates as well as honest, trustworthy advice and information. When viewing, they had lots of information about the properties they showed us and were able to answer most of our questions there and then. They updated us quickly about anything they were unsure about. Overall, I found them honest, open and reliable, and would use them again in future.

I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Bismah. She supported me through both the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new one, and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end.
