Manning Stainton have been brilliant in oir purchase process so far. From arranging our first viewing, they have been extremely helpful, easy to contact and have helped guide us through the process. Their recommended solicitors and mortgage advisors have been an invaluable aspect of the process and having credible recommendations from the outset has helped speed things up and give peace of mind. Laura in particular has been a real help and has proactively helped us find the right house and vendors. It was my first time of using Manning Stainton and I've been blown away with the incredible and professional service they have provided us with. From the initial contact with them, the level of service and commitment from Louise Smith and Angela Murray has been nothing short of amazing. They have taken care of everything, kept us informed on every step of the process and just been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I could not recommend them both and this company high enough. If your looking for an estate agents in Wetherby, who are professional, knowledgeable, down to earth and just brilliant then you really need to use these, as you will not be disappointed. What a great company, team and service, they are both an absolute credit to Manning Stainton and made what could have been a really stressful situation, extremely straight forward. I'd heard only positive things about Manning Stainton so when we had to sell our Dad's house, I contacted the Wetherby branch for a valuation. I was really impressed from Louise's initial contact. Louise came out and had a look around the property, giving her views and thoughts and how they could market it. Another estate agent also valued the house, but my gut feeling was to go with Louise. Having never sold a house before, we felt like everything was well explained and felt throuroughly supported through the process. Angela was brilliant at keeping us up to speed with viewings and how they had gone. In a week, we had accepted an offer. What could have been a stressful experience has been made an absolute pleasure. Thank you for your help and professionalism.

From start to finish we had an excellent experience from Manning Stainton Wetherby. Louise valued the property perfectly and marketed it superbly. The photos and the listings looked fantastic. We were delighted to be able to accept an offer within three days of it going live on Rightmove. The process after offer acceptance was fantastic. Sara Wilson our move manager was incredible. She had a huge task chasing a tricky chain and did a remarkable job. She kept us updated at every stage and was a reassuring presence for us. The process from offer to completion was done in just over 3 months which was excellent. Can’t recommend them highly enough. A real premium service with really great staff.

Really happy with the service we have received from Manning Stainton. We had our house valued by several agencies initially and decided to go with Manning Stainton as we were really happy with the service from Harry. We met him twice and both times he was professional, friendly and really helpful. Once our house was listed, Laura was great at keeping us up to date with progress and answering our many questions. She was really easy to communicate with and always friendly. We never had issues with getting in contact with the office and would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their property with the least amount of stress possible!

I've sold with these and, honestly, I wouldn't recommend them NOT AT ALL. They're brilliant if you're buying from them, but if you're selling, they'll just call you, rip you off, and give you false information. They'll slip something into the contract that you haven't actually read, so you have to be absolutely careful. Make sure you read every single detail because they say one thing and then do something totally opposite. I spoke to the branch manager again today (LEE) and, as expected, he just defended his staff. I've been totally conned, 100%, and there's nothing I can do about it. Would not recommend dealing with them at all.
