From the outset, Manning

From the outset, Manning Stainton gave us the confidence to market our property in Collingham with them and they didn't disappoint, managing to get 30+ viewings over the first weekend. Angela managed the selling/viewings excellently providing timely/concise feedback, getting a sale agreed within a couple of weeks. Sadly that one fell through, but Angela was straight back on it and sold again within a week. Louise took over on managing the process with the buyer and we managed to complete 3 months later, not without it's challenges but Louise managed us/the process well. More than happy to recommend the Wetherby branch of MS....

We were lucky to have Molly do the viewings on our home. The first viewing made an offer and we got another offer a couple of days after. Molly listened really carefully to all the things we thought would help sell our house (e.g. furniture placement options and things not visible to the eye). She explained these things in detail to the viewings we observed. She's a lovely bubbly character and was very receptive to our questions and calls. She has also shown us around a couple of other homes and was able to give us all the information we wanted. Molly clearly loves doing her job and it's been a delight having her sell our home. We were very impressed with Manning Stainton from the start to completion. We were selling two houses and Steve valued both of them accurately. Angela then looked after us and she was very enthusiastic and professional. We also had dealings with Louise and James who were always helpful. Sarah Bailey was appointed as our move manager and kept us informed of developments. One of the properties involved a housing association and Sarah was very involved in making the sale happen. She was always upbeat even when things did not always go to plan. We would certainly use Manning Staintons again.

Excellent Move

Having sold our home with Manning Stainton Wetherby branch, we were passed on to our dedicated Move Manager, Debbie. She called promptly to introduce herself and explain what her role was. We accepted the offer in February and exchanged contracts in July. For 5 months, Debbie has been working like crazy to keep the process moving and keep all parties informed. Although we were only a chain of 2 parties, the process was not without complications and Debbie has been an absolute trooper, working her socks off to get us to where we are today - legally exchanged! If I were to sell again, I would use MS but I would specifically request Debbie for our Move Manager. I was a little tentative/neutral about MS up to this point but she has really made our experience so much more positive. I would also like to give credit to Debbie's colleague, Stevie (not sure if I spelled her name correctly, sorry!) as she helped us for a brief period during Debbie's annual leave. Both of these ladies are an absolute credit to Manning Stainton. I hope you both enjoy a celebratory drink for getting us over the line! You both deserve it. Thank you so much!

We have just sold our house with Manning Stainton(Wetherby branch). All the team acted in a very helpful and professional manner, but our agent, James, was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, efficient and incredibly understanding throughout. We have been recommending Manning Stainton for years, as our family love the non pushy, realistic, and knowledgeable experience that Steve brings. When you sign up with Manning Stainton, you are looked after throughout. It doesn’t stop when you get your offer! They have a sales team that take care of you for the rest of the journey. Our agent, Debbie was fantastic! I’m not sure how the agents are assigned to individuals, but it felt like they were personally picked, as the fit for our family could not have been better with James and Debbie.
