Didn't respond to an enquiry. Prompted, then lied about property status/availability. Shut down responses when questioned about it. The standard of English estate agents is abysmal compared to those abroad, yet people accept this low level, amateurish behaviour...so they get it!

GoogleWinkworth Pimlico are the best estate agents I have ever worked with! From start to finish, the Pimlico team were efficient, professional and friendly. They listed my property quickly and the professional photos were excellent. More importantly, they found a professional tenant on the first night of viewings (at full price!) The electronic paperwork was accurate and the team are very responsive to questions and emails. Overall, I would highly recommend Simon, Woody and Neha. I will definitely use them again. GoogleHonestly the worst letting agents I have ever had the misfortune of using. Left without a working fridge for two months, a broken toilet for several and when the lock on my front door went, meaning I couldn’t exit or enter the property, they wanted me to wait an entire weekend before they got someone to fix it even though it constituted an emergency repair. All the first several months of my tenancy. When I finally had enough and put in notice I was hounded constantly for viewings, even though I said I had the right to quiet enjoyment, told I gave incorrect notice (Atlanta forwarded information about giving notice in New Zealand or in you were a landlord, nothing about being a uk tenant). I’m glad I’m out of their property.

I have had a look at your tenancy dates (I see you left the property in December 2023) and it is important to note that the staff who you dealt with, both in the front office and in the property management department, are no longer with the company. The Pimlico & Westminster office has entirely changed ownership and the new staff members and processes now in place should ensure no more experiences such as yours. Thanks again for your review.

GoogleExcellent service! It was quick, easy and highly professional. We are not English and it was a problem for us to provide some financial documentation for reference company to accept. But our manager Hannah found the solution. Also she helped us in communication with landlord to arrange our moving as smoothly as possible. I even will not tell about thousands of questions Hannah answered carefully during our quite long communication process. Thank you very much! GoogleWe recently had a great experience renting with Winkworth, and we’re grateful for the help from Imogen Murray and Hannah Kavanagh-Manners. In what could have been a complex process, they provided reassurance and guidance and made sure everything ran smoothly. We also found Imogen and Hannah to be attentive and reliable which made the process of moving into a new home much more straightforward and efficient. Very annoying is putting it politely. Winkworth put a To Let sign outside my property. This was crudely attached to my front wall with masonry nails, damaging the pointing. I have never approached Winkworth and am not letting my property. I had to make three telephone call, each time being promised that the sign would be removed. I was then called back by someone from Winkworth who did not know why they were calling, me, only that they had been asked to call me. I was then put on hod for so long that I gave up. Three weeks later, the sign has not been removed.

We take all reviews very seriously and are sorry your experience has compelled you to lead a less than perfect review. However, we are genuinely puzzled here as your agent and you personally contacted us to arrange pre-completion access to store items and cut the lawn…. Both requests have been granted with good grace by the vendor, who certainly did not have to , and by ourselves without a trace of difficulty or rudeness.
