Rob Oatley, Kirk Nils Galley and team provided the most excellent agency service in selling our flat in Pimlico. Their advice on pricing was spot on, they adjusted according to the market but still ambitiously and persevered with 40 viewings over a number of months before finding the right buyer and getting a good sale price for us. Other agents tried to price lower for a quick sale when we asked for a market appraisal or pushed us to accept a lower offer after only a day of viewings when we tried to sell the flat with another agent a year before. Rob and Kirk went above and beyond, always pushed the sale forward once agreed and got I over the line despite lawyers’ delays. Couldn’t recommend them more highly. They really will act in their clients’ best interests regardless of the levels of work and time requires.

I had a very positive experience with Kirk at Winkworth Pimlico. He was always prompt in arranging viewings and consistently got in touch whenever a new property came onto the market that might suit my needs. He was proactive, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the search process. What really stood out was his excellent knowledge of the local area and the market. He was always happy to answer questions, offer honest advice, and share insights that made the whole process much clearer. I even tried to persuade him to show me properties in other boroughs because I trusted his judgement so much! Although I ultimately didn’t end up buying a property through Winkworth Pimlico, I would absolutely recommend Kirk. His professionalism, responsiveness, and deep understanding of the area made the search far more straightforward and pleasant than it could have been.

From viewing our first house, to finding our forever home, John knew exactly what we were looking for. He did a great job communicating with us and the vendors and we always knew where we stood throughout the process. The team at Winkworth work as one, as demonstrated by Guy who was the one who communicated our offer to the vendors in John’s absence. Winkworth recently helped me let my flat to a tenant and it was a pleasant experience overall. The whole process, from when I first contacted them to when the tenant moved in, took about 3 weeks and they were very efficient along the way. Hannah was especially helpful throughout the entire process. She always responded in good time whenever I reached out to her for help and provided me with the information I needed. Imogen and Rachael were also very helpful when it came to conducting the viewings, liaising with the independent contractors and keeping me updated about what had to be done next. Avoid this agency if you value your deposit. The end-of-tenancy process was is a nightmare. They submitted a fraudulent invoice as evidence in a TDS deposit dispute. I contacted the company named on the invoice directly and they confirmed in writing they had never attended the property and the invoice number belonged to a completely different property for a job dated 7 months ago. I reported them for fraud.

Within 2 weeks i have received 2 offers (Thanks Kirk for the excellent viewings- you always had people through the door!). The sale process was a tricky one (leasehold building and semi demanding buyer) but the team at Winkworth saw the process through every step of the way, liaising between buyer, seller (me!), various solicitors and even Westminster Council directly. I am extremely disappointed with my experience renting through Winkworth. When I moved into my new flat, the agent failed to provide me with the gas card/key. I moved here from the US so I did not know that was something that I needed. As a result, my electricity was cut off for almost three days during my very first weekend in the property. I had no light, no heating, and no hot water for close to 72 hours.

When I do sell my property I won’t be going here if they aren’t competent enough to add correct postage to a letter
