GoogleThe agency is ok-ish, it works until you have an issue. The Sanam lady is mad and to be avoided, she lies a lot too. Use them knowing you will in trouble the minute something doesn't work. Never ever, will they defend the Tenant vs the Landlord and their own interests.

TrustpilotWe had a fantastic experience renting
We had a fantastic experience buying through Newingtons, in particular Max, having worked in the property industry for a while I found him to be informative and professional throughout. He has gone the extra mile regarding any queries post completion, which really highlights the value of working with a good estate agent. Would recommend to anyone renting in the area.
