TrustpilotGreat service!
I found KFH very professional, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very kind from start to end. Dominic and Sawan Shah helped me with the whole process to apply to my first mortgage. They made it super easy and they reply every single time my calls and every question that I had. I would be happy to contact them again and for sure I'll 100 % recommend their services. Thank you!!

TrustpilotWORST SERVICE!!!!
I would give a -1 if I could.. I am I landlord and I am very concerned about my electricity bill so I sent them numerous emails to see if there was an issue and they completely ignored me! Weeks later and I am still waiting for a reply.. disgusting service the least they could have done was acknowledge my email. This have caused me a lot stress and mental anxiety

TrustpilotKFH Mortgage Team
As a first time buyer and new to the world of Mortgage we couldn’t have asked for a better broker in Kevin Hurley. He was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process. We genuinely felt as though we had someone we could trust in our corner.

Pardeep Chahal from KFH got my mortgage approved. He has been really helpful. He kept the communication really transparent and responded to all my emails promptly. He was also very efficient in requesting the documents and only requested documents which were necessary. I recommend KFH and Pradeep for mortgages

TrustpilotKFH is a professional and helpful team
KFH is a professional and helpful team, which did help us a lot. Especially, the director Marla (KFH branch, NW6 6NJ), she treated us genuinely warm, she even spent her own 1 pound to help us testing the signature system, really appreciate her. In addition, Ms. Alam (KFH branch, NW6 6NJ) was trying hard to assist us. What a great team! Thank you so much.

TrustpilotAll sweet until offer had been accepted…
All sweet until offer had been accepted and then extremely poor support, including not passing on information on as requested to our buyer. Definitely did not feel like they were impartial and professionally supportive. Instead threatening / bullying us at times that sale might fall through if we didn't do xyz.

TrustpilotHelpful Efficient
Our experience with FKH was fantastic from start to finish. We were appointed Lucas Matta who assisted us through every step as first time buyers. He offered great knowledge on the whole buying process and almost became a stop shop for all our queries over the 3 months period. It is a hard process buying a house but with FKH you can be assured it will be made as smooth as possible.

GoogleThis is my first time renting a house in the UK, you know, the process is very torturous. Before in foxton got a flat and paid the deposit, but the landlord changed his mind, I think the reason is their referrence was too slow, but in kfh everything is completely different. The reference is completed on the same day, most important is the staff, Victora and Alex are very professional and friendly. Strongly recommend this agency!

TrustpilotWe have had polite and very helpful…
We have had polite and very helpful help throughout. The one problem that we have had with is that when a repair required at the flat, the contractors that are suggested quote very high prices. On two occasions we have had our own contactors who have quoted half the price for the same job!I think KFH should have the capacity to ensure more moderate contractors are on their list.

KFH Canada Water branch (Anthony and Ashley) did a great job finding a buyer in 2 days. I was in a difficult situation as my previous buyer through a different agent pulled out and that agent suggested to reduce the price. But KFH found a buyer quickly and secured an offer at the asking price. Terrific job and I would recommend them without a doubt.

TrustpilotKFH Holland Park lettings appalling and conduct
KFH Holland Park (lettings) took funds without my knowledge or consent, which they were not entitled to take. They failed to respond to my complaint (complaint to Kerim Aigus, so called director and assistant Anya) - and failed to respond to my directions. They now face bing reported to Trading Standards Officers in Kensington and being sued for recovery of illegally taken funds. Clearly the director's position flatters his abilities.

TrustpilotI deal with them as the Managing Agent…
I deal with them as the Managing Agent for the block in which my flat is situated. They are expensive, inefficient, little is done unless its requested, the surplus fund charge is unjustifiable, service charge much higher than others companies would charge and the credit control never respond to mail. Over the last 5 years charges have increased and the quality of service declined. Awful performance and no redeeming features
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
