Excellent communication from start to finish. KFH found a buyer for my flat within a week of marketing it despite it not being the best circumstances for selling. Brian moved things forward and kept it all on track so that we completed close to the original target date. Very little stress for me despite being an absent seller and dealing with the entire process remotely.

GoogleWe have had problems at our flat for the past 2 months, they are incompetent to solve any simple problem, putting the blame to the landlord who also can’t be bother to resolve and puts the blame on the agency. You guys need to do better, specially when people pays over 2K for 60 sq flat.

The experience of applying for a mortgage through Lucas at KFH was great. As first time buyers we were pretty clueless but Lucas walked us through the different options and submitted our application really quickly. Incredibly rude agent - I asked some core questions about renting and referencing only to get the agent to shove the "I've been doing this for 16 years" and "we are going in circles" despite him interrupting me and not listening to what I was asking. Absolutely horrible service. Would not recommend them.

Lucas from the Clapham branch offered superb service and was extremely knowledgable throughout the mortgage application process, helping me to achieve a favourable rate.He was also able to accomodate some meetings at extremely short notice, to help accelerate proceedings, going above and beyond with his assistance. I would not hesistate to recommend him.
