These agents are to be avoided at all costs. They let themselves into the apartment illegally repeatedly without prior notice or permission to conduct viewings (the owner had decided to sell) over a 6 month period sometimes multiple times per day. As a result on moving out we couldnβt believe that they then withheld the sizeable deposit and we had to take it to arbitration to get it back (we got it back but it took four months!!!)Deal with these people at your peril they are truly awful,

I only used KFH for their mortgage broker service and, although Iβd originally wondered whether to arrange the mortgage myself, I was glad I used Sawan Shah as a broker. He walked me through the whole process, explained everything clearly, looked into lots of options for me, and responded very quickly once I was ready to move forward. Itβs unlikely I would have found the same deal myself, without doing more research than I could realistically have managed. Sawan took a lot of the stress out of the process - much-needed amid a house move! I always felt I was in good hands, with polite and friendly advice always available. Thank you.

I chose KFY because I was impressed by their local expertise and realistic approach to valuation in comparison with other agents. We had some initial hiccups (like posting the property online with the wrong details), but overall the experience was pretty smooth. It was a challenging market at the time and viewings etc were slow, so that didn't help. But I just never felt my business was at all valued by KFH and I don't think I'd use them again.

I had a dreadful, draining and time consuming experience with this property management company based in Wimbledon!My husband and I had an issue with the parking permit which suppose to reach out postbox back in February- received later - so we end up receiving a penalty for not displaying a parking permit. the penalty was partially paid and I duly requested for a refund! This happened in February 2023 - I have been dealing with Michelle Lwetutte who seems the be the most reasonable human being there- Sara Younas the manager apparently who did not even bother to call me back after asking for my contact number. After months of chasing we have not received the refund of Β£60 ish, can you believe? I asked to escalate the issue to Stephen Britton - Team Head - who assisted with the issue without solving it but then through it back to Michelle.Since February 2023 I have been chasing for a refund and today 12 July 2023 I had to call in again ?! Michelle said that the payment gets processed tomorrow so will be reaching my bank account by Monday! I donβt believe in any words she said! They are awful and I had enough. Is it worth it to get a lawyer involved for a Β£60? I am so irritated by those people attitude and they get paid by people like me to do their job! So unfair!!!
