The Fulham Branch with manager Alistair were great in every way. I was keep well informed. The sale was a difficult one- probate sale. Plus I had serious health issues along the way. They were helpful, considerate and put themselves out to help me. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this branch very highly.

GoogleLooking for your perfect flat can become a stressful activity especially if you have to squeeze in the search in your lunch break. Sam Ghadakchi was actually great in arranging 3 viewings in 45 minutes, arriving on time, driving us to the flats and listening to our feedback. We haven't found our flat yet, but Sam is keeping us informed in case something comes up. Thank you for your patience and professionalism!

We started renting with KFH last year and since then they have been nothing but unhelpful. I don’t know if it’s because we were immigrants and new to the renting industry but they forgot to mention lots of issues with the flat and that the landlord managed the property. The landlord not once helped us, the main door didn’t lock and he didn’t understand the issue, mold in the bathroom, broken domestic electrics that were never fixed etc. The fact that they accept these type of landlords tells you a lot. Furthermore, he hasn’t given us back our security deposit and the agency has done nothing to help us. When they started the flat views to rent it again they were unprofessional and impatient. I was working from home once, I had told the agent this information which she decided to ignore to then proceed to buzz again and again without an apology or thanks. Be careful with them.

Good communication and customer serviceWe recently sold our house having lived there for 27 years and so hadn't experienced the house moving process for a long time.Catherine who dealt initially with our sale before her maternity leave was excellent, keeping us informed throughout the process but without giving us unrealistic expectations. Jack then took over and also kept us regularly updated with calls and ensured a smooth end to the sale despite issues with one of the parties further down the chain.

TrustpilotThe best estate agent in Wimbledon by some way
I can’t speak more highly of the team at KFH Wimbledon, particularly our main contact there Linda and the branch Manager, Jimmy. We had a difficult sale of our flat and purchase of our first house through them (it took two attempts over the course of a year!). They were patient, helpful, professional, pretty much always responsive and Linda had a great sense of humour which helped us see the bright side of things at the low points of our moving journey. With our house search, KFH were also never too pushy and didn’t try and flog properties to us that clearly weren’t what we were looking for, unlike other agents we dealt with in Wimbledon. Overall we wouldn’t hesitate to sell and buy with KFH again. Having dealt with almost all of the other names in out area over the past year, KFH are the best :)

Arranged a flat viewing with them, and Edmund Abatan couldn’t be bothered to inform me that the property was no longer on the market until I reached out on WhatsApp 40 minutes before the viewing, while I was already on my way. As if my time isn’t as valuable as theirs.

Extremely poor agency. Throughout my two years living in their property, they never resolved any issues I reported, such as a dripping sink, broken fridge, and wall hooks falling off. They are now charging me for normal wear and tear and even attempting to charge me again for professional cleaning, which I had already paid for. Additionally, it has been two months since I moved out, and my deposit still hasn’t been returned. My property agent, Lauren Field, was unresponsive and failed to address any of my concerns. I strongly advise against working with this agency or renting their properties, especially the one near Borough station. They will try to steal your money.

They kept in regular contact with updates. We felt they were absolutely doing their best for us in what turned out to be a difficult sale. We had to manage the sale of our parents house from a distance under emotional circumstances. They were supportive and took on extra responsibilities as we live so far away and couldn't get there at times. The buyer proved difficult and the sale was protracted but they handled it professionally and we got there in the end. Highly recommend this company. Thank you

Great work Rita and team on selling our flat! We had 60 viewings within 3 days of going on the market and 11 offers of which we accepted £20k over asking. KFH just have the best database of buyer clients and the pictures were stunning. Would highly recommend for a quick and easy sale.

As a letting agent Valentino has been very tactful and patient . I have been feeling under pressure with finding a place but he has always shown excellent manners and a focused customer approach . He is very professional and has a very calm approach which I found extremely important . Valentino is truly an asset and I wish him the very best in his career .

GoogleI would like to commend Daniel Murphy manager Lettings in St. John’s Wood, for his brilliant leadership, expertise and dedication to providing service excellence. I highly recommend the Lettings service and have not only let my flat (as a landlord) but have rented my current flat through Daniel and his team. His knowledge and sincerity ensures that everyone has their best interests served. He personally invests his time and promptly responds to any queries and issues which may arise. He has always been available to assist with any issues which have arisen once the tenancy is underway - which is very rare. He has been more efficient than the KFH management team, when dealing with any issues between landlord and tenant and has been successful in ensuring that we all have a good working relationship. His team is a reflection of his work ethos and I would also like to commend Olivier, Valentino and a special thank you to Rachel (Admin) who is a great asset to him, as she is brilliant in her client liaison and in knowing all our needs and ensuring that any queries are dealt with efficiently and speedily.
