Terrible communication and slow action on essential safety issues. Managed by our property manager Arvind. KFH manage our rented flat in Putney. At check-in, their own inventory showed a non-working carbon monoxide alarm by the boiler and a faulty smoke alarm. Over two weeks later neither has been replaced or repaired, and we've had to report it to the local council. We couldn't move in on our start date because the agreed professional clean hadn't happened. The flat has damp and mould in the bedroom wardrobe from old leaks, plus a worn and damaged carpet, which KFH / the landlord won't address. Getting authorisation for spare keys has taken over two weeks and is still no closer to being resolved, leaving two working adults sharing one set and no management set for workers to attend so works have required us to take emergency days of annual leave to facilitate. We've raised a formal complaint and are still waiting for answers now over 14 days into our tenancy. We pay full rent on time and expect a safe, legal, properly managed home in return. When these issues are resolved, I will update this review.

I had an absolutely appalling experience with this estate agent, who managed a B&D Reside property that I rented. Their conduct was completely unacceptable. They were fully aware of ongoing issues with the property yet repeatedly failed to take any meaningful action to address them. Even more concerning was their complete lack of response to serious antisocial behaviour from the neighbouring flat, which was also managed by the same estate agent. Despite being provided with evidence of the ongoing antisocial behaviour, they failed to take any meaningful action to address the situation, even though both properties were under their management. Their lack of accountability, professionalism and concern for the wellbeing of their tenants was shocking. It is completely unacceptable for a managing agent to be aware of serious issues affecting residents and simply disregard them. The level of negligence, unprofessionalism and indifference I experienced was disgraceful. I will be formally reporting my experience and their handling of these matters to the Ombudsman, as I believe their conduct warrants an independent investigation. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through this agency to think twice. No tenant should have to endure such disregard for their safety, wellbeing and basic right to peaceful enjoyment of their home.

My partner and I work long hours which made us pretty difficult to coordinate with, but Elena was incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process. She arranged viewings quickly, working around our schedules, and was always responsive whenever we had questions (which was often!). Her communication was excellent throughout - she kept us updated and made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. We ended up finding a great flat and honestly can't thank her enough for her help.

GoogleElena was an exceptional Client Representative for both myself as a letting Client and on behalf of the landlord Client in a fair and helpful manner. Her enthusiasm, hard work and ability to understand my letting needs resulted in me finding the perfect flat for my needs. I recommend Elena for anyone looking to let a flat but I also recommend to KFH to start referring to “Applicants” as letting Clients as Applicants is cold and not very welcoming. Regardless without Elena’s and her managers exceptional support I would not have had such a positive and successful experience. Thank you both!
