Dealt with Pete in the Acton office from start to finish. Pete was fantastic in altering his approach to my specific needs; online and video house tours for example. Post rental agreement, Pete was also happy to help me get in touch with the landlord to sort some teething issues. Even though he was on holiday!

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Amera in securing our current flat during the month of November. She was extremely professional and accommodating, especially in light of our specific circumstances (were located outside of the UK, hence doing everything virtually/electronically). She was always prompt to respond to enquires. Once the offer had been accepted, I was handed off to her colleague, Gemma. Gemma was a real rock star, most notability for handling some urgent last minutes items related to the property and landlord, which was essentially for a smooth and safe move-in. Without her really taking ownership of the matter, and seeing it through the resolution, my entire experience would have been altered. Thank you Gemma and Amera.

GoogleDespite not buying with KFH ultimately, Shaun Gray was fantastic agent. He had the perfect balance of contacting us with relevant options and respecting our space. He was also acutely aware of when to listen to customer opinions and when to give advice which would be beneficial. Throughout this whole experience, Shaun has been the most professional agent we have encountered - demonstrating a finesse and patient demeanour at a young age which frankly most estate agents totally lack (and which usually take several years to build).
