Lucas was incredibly diligent throughout the mortgage process. As a first time buyer I had a number of questions and he was always on hand to answer them quickly and clearly. She was patient and managed to liaise fairly and confidently between us and the other parties/solicitors. She was personable as well as efficient.

GoogleOne of my friends recommended KFH to me. I had a super great experience with Jamille from letting. Very professional and helpful. The whole process was smooth. Jamille went extra miles to help me collect and drop off keys number of times, even very late (7pm) on the last day before Christmas break. Will come back to you next time 100%.

Ross and his team guided me through the house sale process and were very helpful every step of the way. Advising on price and whether to accept offers and when and if to adjust the price. They did all the marketing and arranged all the viewing and follow up. I would recommend Ross & KFH to anyone who wants to sell their home.

We signed an agreement with KFH in August for letting of our apartment. The initial response was excellent. Ben Rayner was the contact person and he was very cooperative. Tenants were found and they moved in the property on 9th Oct. Since then, the service provided by KFH is disappointing. We were repeatedly asked for provision of sofa which we mentioned will take two weeks even before the tenants moved in. Now i am waiting for the Council tax to be transferred to the tenants name but still it is being deducted on 1st Dec from my account Same is the matter with utilities. I e mailed Sophia Tobin on 17th Nov to sort this issue out but received an automated reply that she is out of office and will be back on 22nd Feb.2022 Does that mean that for next three months no one would look after her work and look at the issues raised by clients.I would expect some one from the office to contact me and let me know what is happening about council tax and utility bills. I hope this will explain my dismay and the poor evaluation.
