Called this estate agency to speak about a property. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. Her attitude stank through the phone. I was a very interested potential tenant, but she was not even interested in what property I am after, all I said that I am interested in a 2 bed flat in the area and she said that the property is gone. Without even asking about what property I am talking about, as they have multiple in the area. I would definitely avoid this agency. Very unprofessional and lazy.

I did not know this agency but i knew my friend that had more than 20 years experience in the London property market . She was right . Harriet could not have been easier and more pleasant to deal with.
