By far the best Estate Agent we have ever had. Andrew Assaker is polite, respectful and extremely professional. He went far beyond the call of duty by continually keeping us up to date and negotiating with the seller. He moved things forward as quickly as he could knowing our circumstances and pursued the letting agents to do a professional clean when they had neglected to do so. I would highly recommend Andrew, my only regret is not having him to sell our house, it would have been sold much quicker.

I have been renting my house with Fraser for >3 years now. Initial year the response was okaish with quite underwhelming responses and even in fixing issues, there were delays. But since I got a property manager Sam El Jani, it's been really great. Frankly my house has the max issues in the last 2 years with constant issues in 1st half of this year. But Sam always stay on top of it, keep me posted on all the reasons if there's any delay. Value my time and calendar with regular follows up with contractors. Also she is really understanding, calm and help in resolving issues asap in the time of urgency. Hope she will remain our property manager as long as we stay in this house.

At long last, I have been able to sell my new build flat using Fraser & Co. This would not have been possible without the efforts of the highly capable Andrew Assaker. The flat had been on the market for just under a year, and I had already been through two other agencies who achieved disappointingly little in an admittedly difficult market. I switched to these guys and Andrew secured some serious prospects and ultimately a good offer within a couple of months of taking the helm. He was particularly impressive in getting a difficult in-person negotiation (involving a language barrier!) over the line. The rest of the sale process went smoothly and quickly. I would recommend Fraser & Co to anyone struggling to sell in this difficult market because I found them to be professional, personable and, perhaps most importantly, genuine.

This an updated review - I would give it a 0 if I could. My partner and I were renting with Fraser & Co for a year and the experience was awful. We all signed a contract (including the agency) to move on a specific date and ONE WEEK before the moving date, they contacted us to let us we needed to push back the date as their previous tenants didn't what to move out. This put a massive strain on our finances as we were moving from outside of London so we needed to somehow sort out an accommodation with very short notice and pay twice for our moving truck. Like this wasn't enough, when arriving at the apartment, the flat was in horrible condition. The contract promised furniture and it turns out all there was, was a stinky mattress with terrible and questionable stains. The washing machine wasn't working, the carpet was moldy, smelly and just in an awful condition overall. My partner and I complained several times as this was obviously NOT what we signed for, however, it took many visits to the actual agency's office to get anything done by them. Needless to say we needed to replace this mattress ourselves as they still had the audacity to think it was in good condition. There is a list of endless issues I could write in here but I honestly won't have enough space. The overall renting experience was dreadful but it doesn't end there. 2 months after moving out, it turns out some of the bills for this apartment are still in our name so it looks like we are in debt when in reality, it is Fraser & Co that hasn't taken the time to update anything. I've called and emailed with no reply. I hope you get back to me after this.

I hit a rough patch financially after changing jobs and was really stressed because I’d just moved in. Marissa handled everything with such professionalism and care. I had a viewing scheduled for tomorrow for a 10-year-old property, but after a brief conversation with Remzi Halil today, I have decided to cancel it and take my business elsewhere. Due to personal matters today, I informed Remzi that I might be unable to speak with a mortgage advisor before our scheduled meeting. Instead of showing professional courtesy, he was incredibly dismissive. He told me it would be a "waste of his time" to commute for an hour if I couldn't immediately prove my affordability. As a serious buyer with multiple options in this price range, including brand-new developments, I found this level of aggression and lack of customer service completely unacceptable. I have never encountered an agent who uses these kinds of high-pressure tactics just to secure a viewing. If you are looking for an agent who treats potential buyers with respect and understands that life happens, I suggest you look elsewhere.
