Rumina the agents we were in contact with at Fraser & Co were extremely helpful and professional. She was incredibly responsive, even out of office hours, in order to facilitate the process as quickly and as easily as possible. She was very understanding in regards to all our requests / enquiries and happy to go above and beyond in order to make sure we were put at ease within the process. My wife is very happy with our new flat even tho she wasnt sure in the begining of the process! Fairly unprofessional, always late and need to be solicited on check out procedures. Poor communication across departments result in the tenant wasting time in making sure things get done and important pieces of information do not get missed. If you can work with anyone else I'd recommend you do so unless you have time to waste

Overcomes issues of Free services

The Cuttly service overcomes the problems of free services that are usually automatically blocked. There is a greater opportunity to apply chosen domain names rather than restricted url domains. It is worth having the confidence.

I never went through state that they sent link to . As I am retired for 2 years & never worked in that state or traveled through it. It seems like a scam site . As no links seem to work but you paying . Not doing that .

We worked with directly with Rumina Aktar to secure our new 2 bedroom house. In the past 7 years I've lived in London, I can honestly say that this is the first time that I've had a seamless process from start to finish. Terrible, to be avoided, it is no longer possible to use it without registration, once registered the Links are private, you cannot give it to anyone else as before. They destroyed a service that worked very well.

While the links are private to protect your data, you absolutely can share your link statistics publicly. This feature is available for registered users and allows you to choose which charts to display publicly, set passwords for accessing statistics, and even download them as PDFs. We aim to provide both enhanced functionality and security.

Literally worst experience dealing with them especially when it comes to check-out. MAKE sure you are in the flat when the check-out clerk they send is there or else prepare to get the biggest rip off of your life. Would really avoid at all costs!!
