GoogleWe recently purchased an apartment through Foxtons and had the benefit of having the viewing and undertaking the transaction with Miriame and Gurjit. Both were fantastic, always on hand to help and guide us. Their communication was clear and honest throughout so we understood and felt very comfortable with all aspects of the transaction. Miriame was a huge asset when we wanted to complete on our purchase prior to Christmas, she was proactive in liaising with the solicitors and ultimately helped us achieve what we wanted. We are grateful to you both in addition to the team at Foxtons, thank you.

I wanted to view a house. I was asked about my financial position and pushed to see their recommended mortgage broker and solicitor services. I said I had my own and it is all lined up so I'm not interested in using yours.

There has only been 1 staff member at Foxtons that I find competent. The 1 star is for the one person who had great customer service- who unfortunately is not leading on the sale.

GoogleTim Haddi is meant to be the property manager for the apartment my wife and I are in, which we moved into on 7 December 2020. He has refused to reply to several emails from me. The apartment heating isn't working so I'm trying to contact him so he can arrange to get it fixed. The only email reply I got was an automatic reply, telling me to call the office. I have phoned the office several times, only to get no reply and leave a message. I suggest not using Foxtons at all. They just want you to sign rental agreement. I suggest landlords don't use Foxtons to manage your property because they don't do anything. They are getting commision for doing nothing. We were also told that the apartment would be professionally cleaned before we moved in. It wasn't and there were walls that were filthy and the bath had black mould around edges. Nezam Tehrani was our letting agent and he should have ensured it was professionally cleaned.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

Foxtone letting agency unprofessional team and agents. I have give the deposit for one house after 2 weeks I sign the contract and I recive call from agent with one responding: Sorry you are failed in bank statements. This situation si very stressfully for me and my family. I have tell to my lawyer to go back for this chase because his make me sick.

GoogleThe reviews are misleading, I took their service. My agent gate kept a lot of the information from us, she persuaded us for signing the contract and would not respond to any questions about the apartment or the owner. Worst decision.

GoogleMisleading and Unethical, Avoid Foxtons at All Costs I had an incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience with Foxtons while trying to purchase a property. From the very beginning, I was misled and given false information about critical aspects of the property. This lack of transparency continued right up to the point of exchange, leaving me feeling deceived and under immense pressure. Rather than being candid and straightforward, Can seemed more focused on closing the deal at any cost, disregarding the impact on me as a buyer. Their behavior left me feeling bullied and taken advantage of, and I ended up losing a significant amount of money and time. If you’re considering using Foxtons, be prepared for a lack of honesty and fairness. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want an agency that values integrity and professionalism.

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.
