I wanted to view a house. I was asked about my financial position and pushed to see their recommended mortgage broker and solicitor services. I said I had my own and it is all lined up so I'm not interested in using yours.

GoogleI had a disappointing experience with this agency. The two agents I worked with showed a lack of attention to detail, particularly around important matters such as lease restrictions. This caused unnecessary stress and delays during the transaction. Additionally, one of the agents behaved unprofessionally and raised their voice aggressively over the phone during negotiations. Overall, I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.

Our experience with Foxtons has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, communication was poor. Before moving in, emails went unanswered or delayed, and once we raised urgent issues like a serious mold problem, it was not addressed in a timely manner. We also went without heating for weeks in the winter before finally being given a few space heaters as a stop-gap.

GoogleI am extremely happy with Leslie and Kinas' service. They are excellent and support you throughout the entire process. In my case, I faced several personal inconveniences while travelling, and they helped me even outside their working hours to ensure everything went smoothly. In fact, Leslie assisted me on a Friday night to hand me my keys. Moreover, they have answered all my questions regarding the apartment’s services and have recommended some service providers. I don’t know what I would have done without them. They are the best, thank you!

I think that only because of her attitude we managed to rent this house...even during COVID she managed to be very efficient, focused on giving best service. GoogleLiam is absolutely fantastic! I met him over phone on a Saturday morning when I was very stressed about finding a place to live, and within the day he'd found the place I ended up taking. He spent time to find the flat that worked for me, and he was always around to answer questions throughout the search/offer/signing process. He turned my flat search around from something horribly stressful to very successful.

TrustpilotFoxtons found tenants for my property who filmed porn and offer "happy ending" massage services.
I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

GoogleExtremely good service. When faced with trying to find a property in a very s hort period of time, Liam was extremely helpful. Was constantly messaging and calling with updates. We had some finance issues but Liam contacted the landlord directly and pushed our case for us and we eventually secured the flat we wanted thanks to him.

It was online viewings only, and I was able to view the flat via video call, with Gus showing me everything and answering all my queries, and negotiating an very fair deal for the time.
