GoogleI was looking for my next place to live near Pimlico, and saw the Foxtons office at the corner of the intersection. Ana Sampaio received us warmly, and after understanding our needs, she immediately helped us recommend a suitable apartment and took us to see the apartment. I know it is not easy to find a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with our budget. I have consulted almost all the agencies around. Ana Sampaio really brought a lot of surprises to me and my flatmate. She was willing to consider us and help us negotiate hard. I am really grateful to Ana.

I contacted ONE agent for a specific property viewing, and it has turned into a total nightmare. I am being hounded by at least FOUR different colleagues from this branch. The frequency is beyond unprofessional, I just received 2 calls in the span of 5 minutes.

As a landlord (don't hate me!) paying for a managed service, they tried to charge me £90 + vat to fix a meter door with two cable ties. This is typical, and I have to chase them repeatedly for everything. My tenants and I deserve better.

GoogleHad an amazing amount of support from Liam over almost a year as he patiently helped me find the perfect spot! He almost made the gruelling experience of finding a flat in this tricky rental market fun! Liam is extremely resourceful, super communicative and a wonderfully friendly person. I can not speak highly enough of the breathtaking speed this wonderful human replied, processed and cadenced information (I don’t say this lightly, in the rental market, often agents don’t have the Sam incentive to reply at pace or feel as invested in your property journey as they do when one buys). I went from viewing to confirmed signed approved within a week. Viewings were made at a time that suited me, and when that didn’t Angelika worked her day to ensure I was happy. Foxtons, your simpler online process, forms and no nonsense approach left me a little taken aback, but more importantly in Angelika - you have a star!

I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.

GoogleI would avoid using this branch of Foxtons for any rental. The management of the flats is negligible. Our manager was Lucja Nowicka, who is lazy and lied about our deposit being returned. Lucja has not engaged in any conversations and prefers to ignore all communication. Lucja and her team are a shocking representation of the agency and we are having to raise a dispute claim.

GoogleDefinitely not recommend this company as your service provider. I’m a previous customer of Foxtons, I’m an international student, here’s my experience. From the beginning when I take over the contract from the previous tenant, one of foxtons employees promised lots of things to me (and the previous tenant) but none of them were true, he just procrastinated on the whole process, even me and that tenant none stop rush him, he still make everything finished on the day I moved in. After I moved in, that employee (Benjamin) just disappeared. He quit his job. Left the whole mess to me and my property manager. He lied about my break clause time and bill payment responsibility as well as the furniture and facilities in the place. So I’ve been forced to pay 3 months rent more than I should. Until now no one can give me a reasonable explanation. Put all the broken and dirty things (a wall is covered by the smoke ashes) in the place on the side, after I moved out, it’s been almost 3 months, no one give me my deposit back even charge me £855 for that shelter. The more ridiculous thing is Foxtons website is totally died, I can’t do anything either agree or disagree with any of the charges. I personally believe they just want to procrastinate on this and until the day that dispute period passes, they just take my money happily. Now I’m living outside of the UK, Foxtons totally stopped doing anything about my case. I got more than £3000 in their account but no one help me at all. Charge me £405 for removal nothing 😅 ridiculous, a room just 25 m3 need £405? Tell me where’s this company I’ll definitely go work for them. £405/hour, what a perfect payment!!!!!! If you wanna risk your money and mental health, go ahead. Cause even you sleep with the fire alarm ringing 24/7 they don’t care.
