Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

She understood from the beginning what we were looking for, offering several options that were "almost" that we were looking for. GoogleBe aware! I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone. I rented an apartment for a short term and paid a deposit of 700 £ Now I have been waiting for my deposit back for a month. The agent Carlos doesn’t answer my calls and messages. I left a complaint but with no any results either. Such a huge disappointment. I am as a foreigner can’t believe that it could happen it an agency that is famous all over the world. Shame !!!!

GoogleDon't rent from Foxtons. An agency that protects landlords and not tenants, even when the landlord breaches contract, foxtons does nothing to protect the tenant. 1) Rented a flat for a year, flat was dirty when I arrived: floors dirty, mildew and mould in the bathroom, bags of trash left in the kitchen from previous tenant, sofa stained dusty and smelly etc. It hadn't been checked by Foxtons before starting my tenancy. I had to book another night of hotel to give myself the chance to clean it up a bit, which Foxtons promised to pay back but failed to do. After a few days, Foxtons sent a prof cleaning service to clean, however they did not clean out the fridge freezer, left mould in the bathroom etc. I found my own cleaner to clean it, who discovered that lampshades that looked black were actually silver, that's the amount of dust they had on them. 2) Broken appliances such as fridge, oven and dishwasher were reported within the first month of tenancy but took 9 months to be replaced due to landlord not replying. Foxtons has no policy to protect tenants from this. 3) A list of smaller faults and broken furniture pieces were sent to Foxtons at the start of the tenancy, yet nothing was done about them and this was not put in any place description at the start of my tenancy. Foxtons doesn't oblige place descriptions, meaning any faults can come back to the tenant, even though they existed before your tenancy. 4) When I left, I made sure everything was cleaned as I didn't wish my experience on any other tenant. I had the choice of getting a prof clean myself or get one from Foxtons. I chose my own cleaner as she did a better job at the start. Foxtons then deducted 285 GBP from my deposit for a prof cleaning service, without notifying me that this was going to happen or the reasons why. Poor service and communication towards tenants overall. If you're thinking of becoming a landlord, you've you've probably found yourself a letting agent that will protect you no matter what. Will never rent from Foxtons again.

GoogleMe and my friend was viewing properties from many agencies and thank god we finally met Mr. Eduard Popa from Foxtons who was such a time-saver and professional agent for us. He was always thoughtful especially when my English was not so fluent as a foreigner. We were over-nervous with the contract so we raised loads of questions but Eduard was very patient, nice and responsible, as always, to answer those questions one by one in details. I’ve contacted more than five agents in Foxtons and for me Eduard is absolutely the best one, in every aspects.

GoogleI bought my first property in Central Londom through Foxtons Pimlico and Sigita Mickeviciute was very helpful in finding a good apartment for me. It was quite a challenging task as I had a very specific preference; however, she identified my requirements and managed to find a very good deal for me, which in my opinion I really wouldn't have got from other estate agents. When I told Sigita that this is my first home, she took it very personal and worked tirelessly everyday to find the best deal Foxtons had to offer. As I was on a very busy schedule at the time, her persistent research and viewing arrangements with me really helped me out a lot and saved a lot of time for everyone. I anticipated the exchange to get delayed due to various solcitor issues prevailing at the time; however, she oversaw the whole exchange and was very helpful in every way to make it a smooth transaction. Therefore, I genuinely recommend Sigita in Foxtons Pimlico to anyone who wishes to buy or sell their property. She has excellent customer service skills.

They were in constant contact with myself and all other parties to ensure the sale went through as efficiently and smoothly as possible! They were also great as I was overseas for a majority of the sale -they were productive in assisting me as much as they could while I was away and were very reassuring throughout the process. GoogleMy feedback is nothing but excellent. I recently sold my Mansion Flat in Victoria through the Foxtons Pimlico office. They quickly took the initiative and multiple viewings were arranged from their expert local knowledge and client base even before the property particulars appeared online. They were streets ahead of competing agencies not only in terms of speed, but in quality and volume of potential buyers. The result was an offer above asking price within two days of viewings commencing. The post acceptance period up until completion was also very smooth and while my own personal circumstances were challenging at the time the team at Foxtons, particularly Gillian, kept me fully informed and engaged, all leading to a successful closing. Genuinely an outstanding experience.

As I was moving from Switzerland and eager to find a place to live, she made sure to show me a lot of different apartments which fitted my preferences. And as a result, I managed to find the place where I wanted to live and secure it on the first day!! GoogleI bought a flat with the help of Isabel Guerresi in November last year, she made a process that i find extremely dull & monotonous pleasant. She was a pleasure to deal with, moved heaven and earth to accommodate my rather hectic schedule, listened to my feedback and presented appropriate properties for my needs. The flat that I ended up buying, I perhaps would not have even viewed where it just for the details, but she assured me it fitted the bill and she was right! I would definitely recommend Isabel to anyone on the search and would certainly go back to her if i am looking again in the future.
