I have used Foxtons as the property management agent for nearly 5 years, I am especially satisfied with my experience since Tony Chan from property management became my property manager since 2024. He is very professional and proactively in handling with the requests and issues regarding the tenant & property management. He always responds to my enquiries promptly and provides valuable advice.

Our experience with Foxtons has been appalling. We dealt with Oram Ohene-Djen, our letting negotiator, who from the very beginning was unhelpful, dismissive, and often gaslighting us whenever we raised concerns. Instead of supporting us, he downplayed delays, avoided giving clear answers, and left us constantly uncertain.

GoogleFails information in ads, only found out at the last minute at the moment we were about the sign the paperwork. We were looking for an appartment and contacted several Foxtons offices for viewings on their listings. Some were helpful, but the one from Foxtons Pimlico & Westminster Estate Agents where highly unprofessional. Right before we signed everything (literally a few minutes away), they suddenly said "oh btw, you need to allow the landlord or agent to come visit with some people interested in buying the property for about 2-3 times a week". We already had all our documents sne dover to foxtons, including pasports, income statements etc and did the viewing and then they suddenly announce this 'detail' in their eyes right before were about to sign. I called with the manager of the office and he said he would solve the situation and call me back in 20 minutes (they had my phone number and had previously called me back on something when they still pretended everything about the property was normal). In the end, about a week later, no contact at all. We've been mislead, straight out lied to, and even the manager fails to act professionally. Maybe it's just this Foxtons Pimlico & Westminster Estate Agents office, but for us we wouldn't recommend Foxtons to anyone.NegativeProfessionalism

It’s common for rental properties, where the tenancy length is classified as a ‘short let’, for the property to also be on the market for sales at the same time and therefore viewings need to be conducted. We make this clear to all renters before they choose to go ahead and we’re sorry you felt this wasn’t communicated to you in a timely manner.

GooglePrevious years I have always stayed clear of estate agents and especially Foxtons. I have totally changed my mind, they have been nothing but professional, informative and extremely friendly. My flat has been let to the highest calibre of tenants, I feel I can completely trust they will treat my flat like their own home. I was not pushed to accept anything I didn’t approve of and was given enough time to make the right decision. As soon as I lost an offer with another tenant from another agent, Kinan and his team were bringing lots of potential tenants through the door. Constant updates and so much useful information, I feel I could always pick up the phone as ask any questions however big or small. Calls were always returned. A big thank you to Kinan and his fantastic team for all their hard work. They really have gone above and beyond, I’d happily recommend them.

GoogleI had my first experience in letting my house and found in Antonio of Foxton the perfect person to receive top technical advise, a wider help about all concerns regarding this new unknown and in a sort of way quite complicated matter it created a sort of a feeling of security. that is extremely important when lacking experience on the matter. Antonio was able to perfectly manage all my strong concerns, anticipating them in a granular way and helping in the execution of each step till the finale Surely quite a tough patient job and really happy on how it has been delivered Knowing that this asset is in good hands is a great relief wishing the best on the ongoing contract and future ones Guido

GoogleWe used Foxtons to buy our flat - Emily was great. Very patient, engaged and went the extra mile to get things moving and done. She was easy to get hold of and very responsive. For a variety of reasons it took 6 months to complete the sale, and she stayed engaged and always helpful. After such a positive experience with Foxtons sales we chose to give the property to Foxtons to rent as well. Gareth did an amazing job - it was rented within a week at the rent we asked for (which was above market rate)! Yes, it isn't cheap but it was 100% worth the fee! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Emily, Gareth and Foxtons to anyone looking for a property!

Non-existent communication. Viewings done by an unprepared team: didn't know level of service charge, exposure, if the appliances were new or not, size of the flat or rooms. One claimed we had replaced the kitchen (we hadn't), another that the Hue Lights we installed were staying in the flat for the buyer (we never said that).

We listed our house with foxtons and the service has been abysmal. There’s been next to no effort or movement with trying to sell the house, no communications with any options etc. You get an account online which shows upcoming viewings - almost all viewings ‘booked’ haven’t actually happened and they don’t contact us to confirm it either. You expect a lot from an estate agent with their level of commission - dont bother.

GoogleI was using this agency to find me new flat with Carlos Calheiros. He helped me to find a suitable apartment and was super responsive with all my questions. He provided answer in a timely manner and I got all the information I needed about the process of renting. There was no delay with the documents and signing the contract and I was able to secure a property really fast. The move in date is scheduled for January and I’m looking forward to it.
