GoogleWe have had great communication. Louis is excellent! I didn’t imagine so many processes to sell a flat especially many documents required from the management. The sales helped to chase up and deal with issues, it’s amazing problem-solving skills and always very efficient. Finally we exchanged contract on 24th Dec just before Christmas. I appreciate all the hard work Foxtons provided. They have best intelligent sales.

My flatmate had come from outside london to view a property in finsbury park and was only told once he got to the appointment that david morgan was not going to make the appointment due to being unwell, extremely unprofessional, he should have gotten one of his colleagues to cover the flat viewing or atleast message us in advance.

DON'T USE! As a landlord I highly recommend other tenants and landlords do NOT use Foxtons. They are providivg tenants and extremely poor service and giving landlords a bad name. They take no responsibility for errors or timely correction of them. Simply unprofessional and giving the industry a poor reputation. [I would like to request trsutpilot provide a feture to rate neagtive stars, Foxtons deserve 5 neagtive stars.]

I use Foxtons to let out my flat. Overall, the process was easy. They came, looked at the flat in person, provided an evaluation and explained the process through. I took the offer where they deal with everything. While this came at a rather hefty commission, i really did not need to do anything. Foxtons helped me sort out all the requests the tenants have and kept me updated with the repairs (also asked for my permission too before placing any purchase orders). Special kudos to Tony Chan, my property manager. He helped me a lot with sorting out all the relevant paperwork to let out a flat. He is very responsive as well. Any queries I have, i can be confident that he will answer it. As a landlord letting through Foxtons, i have no worries, though the commission is a little bit higher.
