The agents at Bective were extremely helpful throughout the whole process including even stepping in to assist when the website that processes the paperwork / applications didn't work correctly. Additionally Megan went above and beyond in assisting with getting the broadband service set up so we would be ready to work from home from day 1. Everyone we dealt with was professional and very prompt with communication.

I have been a (Landlord) client for over eight years: they have found me really good (and long-term) tenants and have mediated the occasional landlord/tenant hiccup with tact and diplomacy. I’ve just completed on the sale of my Notting Hill flat and cannot not speak more highly of Hamead Chioua at Bective. Hamead went above and beyond in personal communication and was the major driving force between myself, solicitors, lease holder and management company which in my experience of estate agents is rare. I’m most grateful to him and his 5 star approach.

Who makes the decisions? The landlord or the agency? I placed an offer for a single-occupancy apartment after the landlord had turned down one offer for double occupancy, stating her desired requirements. Then, after being kept in the dark, I was told the landlord has accepted the previous offer. When quizzed, I was told the couple work at “Bloomberg,” a big company. This was a case of gatekeeping at its finest by the agents very basic biases.

TrustpilotLANDLORDS SHOULD AVOID
As a landlord I would advise AGAINST using the property management option. The people who have managed my property have NOT made my life easier QUITE THE OPPOSITE. They are clueless and have no knowledge of the repair basics. My experience was so bad that I requested a six month refund of the fees and received them because Senior Management recognised that the level of service had been AWFUL. They further assured me that they would be making personnel changes and that things would definitely improve. They did make changes but things have not improved. I have had 6 “ Property Managers” assigned to me since I started using this service and am about to get the 7th. Completely disillusioned and upset with myself for having believed their assurances that my little account was important to them and that they would work hard to restore my trust. Nothing could be further from the truth.

We were tenants with Bective for 2 and a half years. The team were always really flexible and responsive whenever we needed any sort of help. Soraia in particular was super helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble (despite me being horrible at returning management keys😂). Kim was so helpful in helping us find our place initially. Really nice team.

Agents are terrible, but Bective are different.I decided to rent a property through Bective due to their professional and diligent process. My agent, Megan, was extremely helpful in organising viewings, sourcing further information and finding the correct properties to my spec.Megan was on hand during the property negotiation process and ensured the property I wanted was correctly secured. 10/10 would use again.

Bective were an excellent company to deal with. Jacinta dealt with the entire sales process with the highest level of professionalism delaing with any objection that arose. She was particticularly tenacious at the final stages of exchange dealing with any buyer concerns and liaising with the buyers Solicitor to ensure that timelines and neeeds were met. 5 star service.

Tiago was a delight- he listened to my requirements, responded to feedback during the viewing process, organised viewings diligently and we had a pleasant experience working together.His guidance during the negotiations were helpful to result in a fair deal for everyone.
