Jacinta and her team did a great job in selling my flat despite numerous obstacles and loads of intricate issues cropping up during what became a really difficult and prolonged process. Jacinta, in particular, was extremely supportive, empathetic and quick to identify solutions. Without her help and expertise, I suspect the sale could have fallen through. And that would’ve been very bad. So I do really recommend Druce Brook Green for sales.

Although we had a bit of bad luck along the way, Jacinta was such a steady hand who guided us through multiple negotiations and finally got the deal done. We really appreciated her professionalism reliability, and kindness towards us we hit some bumps in the road. She was always contactable, prompt in replying to our many queries, and very knowledgeable about the market and the area. Would highly recommend selling your property through her. Thank you Jacinta 🌟

Iqbal was a pleasure to deal with for me as a prospective buyer, while at the same time sparing no effort for his clients who are selling. He made himself available at short notice for viewings, but allowed me the time and space to make my own decision without being too pushy. When I come to sell, Druce will certainly be in the running for careful consideration.

It was my First week in London and urgently searching for a flat. Coming from NYC I expected the process to be awful. While it did have its ups and downs, agents like Thomas Last made it easy. Sadly the right flat wasn’t with Druce but I would recommend Thomas to anyone moving to London or looking for a new flat. Thank you for making it a better experience.

Highly professional Lettings Team at Druce (formerly Bective) Brook Green provided an excellent service all round for both the tenant and landlord. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I appreciate that Chris Lilley is always helpful, responsive and honest in his advice and that the whole team who make all the necessary arrangements for Lettings do so effectively and efficiently for a seamless smooth process. The Property Management team including Daniella Perkins and Zaynab Brooks also deserve special mention as they always go above and beyond to ensure that all the details are attended to so the property is ready for tenants to move in. I was especially pleased to note that the tenants who moved in provided a great online review based on their positive experience of dealing with Kathryn Root when they relocated from Australia. So a good experience all round and reassuring to know that tenants and landlord are equally happy with the service!

UPDATE: For an extended period, I was in touch with a Senior Member of the Druce organisation. He has shown genuine interest and concern and he has agreed to certain terms that I requested due to the poor service. So I believe Druce is on the right track. But my advice below still stands. To be fair.........the majority of my annoyance is with Bective Real Estate that has recently been acquired by Druce & Co. Perhaps Druce will invest in staff training and performance monitoring along with establishing performance standards ( response times, monthly reviews etc.)which are so desperately needed. If they do make these investments they will be rewarded with higher calibre employee and improved retention levels and productivity. If they don't............ this nightmare scenario is destined to repeat itself time and time again until a bigger fish swallows up Druce. I would like to warn against using the Property Management department in the Ladbroke Grove office of Druce . For years we used Bective to just collect the rent and provide monthly statements. We then hired them to MANAGE our property. They told us that they were experts in managing properties and would take care of all the issues making my life more relaxed.. my experience has been quite the opposite. The Property Manager that I have been assigned is, in my opinion , inept. I have spent more hours complaining to her bosses and correcting issues than I ever spent on managing the property on my own. Nothing has improved......in fact it gets worse by the day. My advice would be to inform yourself of the experience level of your potential Property Manager and to spell out expectations of response times. On occasion I have had to wait up to 5 weeks for response to emails and on some occasions have never received a reply of any kind. The next time I have the opportunity to get a new Property Manager I will be sure to meet them in person and write out expectations from both sides before signing on the dotted line. The Director of Property Management , in the Ladbroke Grove office , is in my opinion, aloof and totally uninterested. I have received more "out office" emails from this individual than any other form of correspondence. On one occasion my Property Manager informed me that there was a broken light fixture and they had a quote of $135.00 to repair it, "would I please approve?"....I pushed back and asked for a second quote.......I was then informed that it was a burnt out lightbulb! On another occasion I asked that they hire someone to prune a tree in our garden which is located in a Conservation Area. My Property Manager emailed me that she had no experience with this and asked me if I could recommend someone? !! I have had to work harder and have experienced more aggravation WITH a Property Manager than WITHOUT. I will have to consider increasing my rent because of what Druce is costing me both in fees and poor oversight. Property Management is no panacea!

Tiago helped me find the perfect flat at the location I was keen on. He was highly proactive and supported me through the entire tenancy process.What I liked about Bective was that unlike other agencies they are proactive, empathic and have good intentions. Most agencies want to work for themselves rather than understand the tenant's needs and situation; It is all about closing the deal with the highest bid. But with Tiago & Bective, I saw their keenness to work with me and the landlord to get the best deal possible for both of us.I would highly recommend them!

Sebastien was very good at managing my tenancy renewal from start to finish. He called to explain the current rental market then sought an agreement from my tenant. Sebastien then provided a detailed economic breakdown of the offer - the clearest and most comprehensive I have ever received - which (with a couple of questions from me) helped me to make a decision and secure a two year renewal at a good rent. Very happy. Other agents market to me to try to let my flat but I'm not moving from Bective!

I dealt with Hamead in the Westbourne Grove /Notting Hill office. Whilst I did not purchase through Hamead, I would have no hesitation in buying from him in the future and felt he gave the best, friendliest and most considered service of all the agents in the area. Even after I had exchanged on another property and then completed he was nothing but professional. I have no doubt that his attitude brings back many referrals and he is a real credit to his company.
