My landlord is failing to ensure the property is properly heated, and Dexters Bayswater, which agreed to intermediate all communications with my landlord, doesn't reply to my emails. Now, my only solution is to report the situation to my local council's environmental health department.

The fact that they claimed that this was what I agreed to was even more outrageous. I had to send them back our e-mail conversations to prove the opposite.
