GoogleI wouldn’t recommend this company . We were told the landlord was happy to rent to us for the property to then be rented to another person . This has caused great destress as we have now lost the the sale on a property we were selling as we were unable to find a suitable property to move in to as my partner has mobility problems . The owner said he would help find us another property but unfortunately this hasn’t happened . He avoids communicating and makes excuses for no contacted Also the staff that work there are not aware of the importance of keeping clients personal information private and confidential which is very concerning !!

GoogleLeft waiting for 6 weeks and given false hope each time, to then be told “landlord has a bad feeling” as an excuse not to continue, will be putting in a formal complaint regarding the attitude of one of the workers as she made some concerning comments during the call. Would be told I would get call backs which never happened and when I gave the letting agent a crucial bit of information which could’ve led to a different outcome she failed to pass on as she didn’t hear me on 2 separate phone calls. I am disgusted by this company and would not recommend!
