GoogleI bought my first investment property recently & decided to use Price & Co to manage it for me. What can I say from the very start they have been nothing short of Magnificent. The communication is always there & the staff are both knowledgeable, polite & a pleasure to do business with. In addition the tradesmen they put me onto to get the property up to standard for rent are absolutely best in class & were professional efficient & did a quality job. Once I handed my property over to them, they found me a quality tennant in 4 days and they have just moved in a week later, so my time without rent is absolutely minimal. To conclude Price & Co are a first class professional outfit that I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending and based on my first experience plan to place many properties with them in the future. GoogleCannot fault Price & Co. They have been AMAZING! This was the first time selling a house for me and my partner and they made it so easy! So professional, freindly and caring throughout. As novices to selling we had a lot of questions but they were on hand every step of the way, answering our questions and giving us advice, never making us feel like we were a burden or asking daft questions! Such a friendly company to deal with and really hands on, which let us know they care! From meeting with Karl for the initial valuation to working with Chelsea and Claire throughout the selling process they were all exceptional! House was sold in 6 days and they took care of everything. Was made up with the regular calls from Chelsea to keep us up-to-date! I cannot fault them, a real family business! We completed today and was met with smiles and well wishes from the whole team when we dropped off the keys! Should we need to sell again in the future I know who we will be using. Thank you to the Price & Co. Team for everything!!

GoogleWe were impressed by the excellent customer service we received from Price&Co. Matt was very friendly and always available to answer our questions. When we decided to apply for the tenancy there was a quick turnaround and we were able to get the keys within two weeks. The property was cleaned before we moved in and we were given complete information about the deposit protection scheme, safety certificates and contact details. Matt helped us with everything we needed throughout the whole process and we feel very well looked after. I would highly recommend Price&Co to any other tenants! Thanks so much!

GoogleFollowing my recent dealings with Price & Co on behalf of my clients Mr & Mrs Maginn I highly recommend their Service. From viewing the property to making an offer they were helpful and polite throughout the whole transition. The Branch Manager, Claire was always on hand to assist with the negotiation process and providing updates whilst Chelsea the Sales Chaser was outstanding in getting the offer to completion. There were several hold ups along the way with solicitors and Chelsea went above and beyond to support me in getting a resolution for my client always. Amazing Customer Experience and I wouldn't think twice about using them.

GoogleAs soon as I contacted Matt at Price & Co ( having been let down by another agent in Leigh), they filled me with confidence. Within a couple of days, they had viewed the property and given me an assessment of the rental value and their charges and the process. They have been extremely helpful in arranging remedial works on my behalf and securing a tenant. They carried out all of the necessary vetting and proposed the most suitable tenant. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any landlord. Matt and Holly have been fantastic.

GoogleI can highly recommend Karl and his team especially Chelsea. They worked endlessly for what was a tricky completion to our property. Chelsea never took her eyes off the ball and worked extremely hard to ensure regular communication was kept between us and the overseas buyer.
