GoogleWe have just bought our first investment property which Price & Co are managing for us. From our very first meeting I was impressed with the advice & experience Matt shared with us to get the property ready to be rented out. They were able to recommend tradesmen who completed the works to a very high standard & in a timely manner. The property is now tenanted and once again the application process was handled with a lot of care and attention to detail to make sure the perfect tenant was found. I would recommend Price & Co to anyone and will certainly be using them again when we are ready to purchase again.

GooglePrice & Co have been excellent throughout the whole process. From meeting Yvonne initially for the valuation to dealing regularly with Claire throughout the sale. Claire also updated us weekly on the progress made by the solicitors . They remained helpful and informative from beginning to end. A big thank you from us!

GooglePrice & Co are a friendly, knowledgeable agent with welcoming staff and will do what they can to meet your needs. Myself and my partner are first time buyers and nothing has been too much for them, including additional viewings, replying to emails/phone calls, arranging for us to have access to the property to send tradesman. We have been extremely impressed by their support throughout this process. They are very professional and stand out from the rest.

GoogleLandlords beware..do not commit your property to be managed by this company. They will not communicate and if they eventually oblige to fix problems you are handed appalling shoddy work from their "maintenance team" ; of course they will not right their wrongs and as for their exorbitant charges...example £55 to replace a £2 handle on a cooker hood. Unfortunately there is no regulator in the UK so they can do what they like. 1 star is 1 too many. AVOID

GoogleNot impressed. I arranged a viewing with a girl named Georgia and she didn’t turn up. When I rang to find out where she was, she tried to tell me that I hadn’t arranged an appointment. Until I pointed out the timing of the conversation I had with her Not good. Not professional. Not getting our business
