GoogleI have found Martin and co to be very professional ans responsive since I first viewed the property I ended up renting and since I started to let the property. The tend to us email base but have made calls when needed. I prefer this method but not everyone will. Overall I have found the process to be pretty seamless. Time will tell into the tenancy what service they provide but im hoping it will continue as it has begun.

Googlewe have had experience of Martin and Co as both renters and purchasing through them. Hard to give one review but overall a positive experience. As someone renting: -it was a bit annoying to have so many inspections of our property especially when we got told off for silly things! But actually overall they were very responsive to any repairs and were incredibly reasonable with the move out process getting deposit back etc. Sales: the whole team were great, move manager was really honest and helpful, sales negotiators were also pretty good and would recommend overall

TrustpilotExcellent service from Becky
Becky has not long taken over the management of my apartment. And although past experience with another letting manager was good, Becky has worked vigilantly to ensure work required on the roof and ceilings is in motion and stays consistent with communication. I feel like myself as the tenant and the apartment is in safe hands.

GoogleReally impressed with Charlotte Blakeley in the Frome office. I actually found a property with another firm but Charlotte was extremely proactive in helping my find and match me to a property rather than just telling me to check rightmove like so many others did. Thank you Charlotte
