Firstly, they were excellent when selling the property I was leaving and achieving the price set out originally. The processes during the move were always explained and easy to follow . After selling I was in need of a rental property , which was found without fuss and once again easily sorted . Current communications are still excellent and anything that has been a problem has been resolved rapidly

We have had a really positive experience so far. We had a couple of viewings of the same property with Kerri (a property which we’re currently in the process of buying!! Fingers crossed). She was really brilliant, we felt she was very prepared for the meeting and knowledgeable about the property and local area, she was able to answer all our questions during the visits. She was very accommodating to fit our second viewing in at a different time. She made us feel very relaxed and allowed us space to wander through the property without feeling overlooked. We have had really responsive and pleasant interactions with the Westbury Branch at Martin & Co. Tanya has also been immensely helpful in answer some of our questions too. We would definitely recommend viewing and buying through Martin & Co!

Kerri was lovely, she showed us round explaining everything to do with the property and answered all the questions we had. Although we didn't put an offer in, we have already called back to book on more viewings with her.

I recently purchased a property that was already being managed by Martin & Co in Westbury. For convenience, I decided to let them continue. I am very glad I did! I've used quite a few lettings agents over the 20+ years I've been renting property and I can say that unequivocally they are the best agent I have ever used. Further to my previous review as above, I continue to be impressed by Martin&Co in Westbury. They're efficient, keep me fully informed with timely updates and work with me to achieve the best outcome. A very definite 5 stars for them.

One of the best estate agents

It was a lot things that didn't go to plan with us but John, Lewis and Kieran have been very professional, positive and helpful. I really appreciate that they take great care in what they do and look after all involved (not only us as landlords but also the tenants). You really get the personal communication and feel looked after rather than treated as just another business opportunity. I'll definitely recommend Martin and Co and use them again!

We had Kerri for quite a few of our viewings and she did a fantastic job. She knew we were looking for our first home and had answers to questions we didn’t think to ask. Also had some lovely chats in-between the house talk. Couldn’t recommend her more. Very passionate about her job and delivering excellent service.
