Recently I had a genuines experience at the Greenaway Residential Estate Agency. I have never heard about the agency before but I would highly recommended. From day one Sam was extremely helpful and courteous. He helped to find perfect property to move in. The main thing is he always greeted me with smile and welcomed me at all the times . Simon one of the agency manager was extremely efficient and helpful dealing with difficult situation with a previous agency. They both delivered one of the most special and memorable experience. I was a tenant with Greenaway Residential for two years. It can't be a better experience with any letting agent than Greenaway. I dealt with Nicky throughout my tenancy. All my requests were promptly addressed to my satisfaction and all the transactions were completely transparent. At the time of vacating the property, Greenaway dealt with me in most professional manner and no undue advantage was taken. I would recommend Greenaway to any tenant. Having informed Simon of Greenaway of my intention to sell my apartment in Pembroke Park, he actually found me a buyer, (at the full asking price) within 2 days! Greenaway actually achieved a record price for my Howlands Court apartment, ------ £16,500 higher than any previous sale! I was very impressed with the teams attention to detail, with no enquiry being too much trouble for them. All round, a very professional, (but friendly) service from Simon and his team, and an excellent result. I would have no hesitation in recommending Greenaway for first class service.

My husband and I recently moved into a property managed by Greenaways. The experience was fabulous. We had a tight timeline regarding our move in date and Greenaways went out of their way to ensure finalisation for our preferred date. Greenaways finalised all documentation regarding debit order instruction , water bill and electric bill transfers. We were given lots of information regarding steps we needed to take regarding our move. I would recommend Greenaways as a good real estate agent.

Well so far I have nothing but praise for these guys! I had a property I wanted to let and I asked them to take a look for me. The property was on the market and appeared on the internet the same day that I signed up with them. The next morning I had a call to arrange two viewings and the property let that day! I had specific needs for the place we needed to rent (i.e. Ground floor, easy access) as my Mom is in a wheelchair. I saw the perfect place on Rightmove on Friday evening, called Greenaway Residential on Saturday morning for a viewing and knew I had found a great place for my Mom and I to live by 2pm that day. Signed some papers with Simon, who was really friendly and helpful, especially as it was our first time renting. Dealt with Sam after that, who was just as great, so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to expedite our paperwork as we needed to move in by a certain date. Despite being relatively new to the country, everyone at Greenaway did their level best to help us make our dreams come true. Nicky is also wonderful... from the moment I met her in person when I paid our deposit to move in, right up until now when she helped us renew our lease for a second year. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Could not recommend Greenaway Residential highly enough. They're amazing!
