As a first time buyer along with my girlfriend we were a little bit like rabbits in headlights with the whole idea of the house buying process but Michael from Greenway was the absolute man. Unbelievably attentive but never pushy, guided us thoroughly throughout from viewing to searches to exchange and completion. Truly a knowledgable chap.
Start to finish the whole process has taken 3 months and that is down to the incredible work these guys put in. I have to shout Carlos out too! Genuinely a lovely guy and was always on hand as well in Michael’s absence. Sean too, the solicitor Greenaway recommended was top and super efficient.
Genuinely a wonderful experience, Michael you are the man! I wish to grow my portfolio in the future and I will not be going anywhere else.

GoogleI spoke to Simon at Greenaway after a random flier which spiked my interest. He happened to mention the idea of an online auction with regard to selling our rental property, which tbh, I'd never heard of! The flat has tenant's in situ plus a very short lease, so not the easiest to sell.
However, they marketed the property, found a buyer and the sale continued seamlessly, with me having to hardly lift a finger! They even handed over the keys! I only paid for the solicitors fixed costs and that was it!
The whole process from our initial phone call, took barely 3 months and we received a very fair price.
Absolutely delighted with the service, result and entire process.
I would definitely recommend Greenaway and will look to them to market my next property

GoogleHaving never brought or sold a property and then being left solely in charge of selling my uncles property, I had no idea where to start! Admittedly, I didn't shop around estate agents I chose Greenaway purely because of the charity work they do and knowing how my uncle often went without just so he could give to charity. Going with Greenaway felt right. Obviously I checked their reviews before blindly committing and they confirmed my choice.
Ross at Greenaway was very helpful and answered all my queries promptly. He was great with his advice which was very much needed! He delivered on what he said in our initial meeting and our Sale went through without any issues exactly as he said it would. If I ever sell again I will definitely use Greenaway.

GoogleI'm very thankful we decided to purchase a property through Greenaway! As a first time buyer, I was told by many people about their negative experiences with EAs in Crawley. I myself had had EAs who told me one thing and told the sellers another- highly unprofessional. Ross, from day 1, has been nothing short of amazing. You can tell he has a lot of experience, there's no nonesense, just honest and prompt communication. Every email we sent was answered in less than a day. We even asked Ross at times to chase the buyers solicitors on our behalf and he did so straight away which helped speed up the conveyencing process. We also requested a second viewing on short notice and that was quickly accommodated as well. Highly recommend buying from them (especially first time buyers) if you want a smooth, prompt service.

GoogleI have recently been receiving an amazing amount of help from Simon, we have been having trouble with our landlord and Simon has been contacting our landlord and sorting all our problems for us and been keeping me updated on everything that has been happening and even come to our flat to discuss things in person. Our landlord hasn’t been supplying us with the correct heaters for over a year and once I informed Simon within a matter of weeks he has sorted it all for us and we are finally getting proper heaters put in.
