I don't really know where to begin, from the moment I began my proceedings with my letting it was smooth sailing and very easy, The transition from starting all the paperwork to getting the keys to actually moving myself in it was very flawless can't fault in any way shape or form. Very satisfied with the staff in the Crawley branch at Greenaway as it has been easy from the get go if I had any issues or if I felt like I needed to address any issues they were straight to the point and always made sure I was ok and if I needed any further help then just to ask. When it came to moving out due to the end of my tenancy it was once again smooth sailing and very easy the transition from me packing up to handing the keys back and doing the inventory checkit felt like it was too easy and I was waiting for a little hicup somewhere but once again this was just how they operate. Very professional, very polite and when I do come back in the future due to renting because I know there will come a time then I know for a fact that I will be treated with respect and the help I need will be given so thank you for that guys!! This is the best estate agents you will ever deal with!! Supportive and clear! No problem they can’t sort! I lived in Crawley and wanted to move to east Grinstead. I found a property to rent little did I know I was dealing with the best of the best Estate agents! They were super great got me in my new place in a really really short time scale! Nothing was to much to help!! After moving in any problem I had was dealt with super fast!! I have now moved to a new place as I needed a garden for my boys but I’m so sad to leave them! Michael you are the best! I recommend you to everyone I know!! If you want the personal touch and people who understand the stresses of moving and the paperwork call them!! I cannot praise the team at Greenaways highly enough. Always efficient, polite and very knowledgable. Simon has looked after my rental property for a number of years and has always given good,sound, and above all honest advice. Laterly I sold my property through them and the team were first class. It was all the more important as I had issues with the solicitor ie poor customer service and Raj and Simon mediated on my behalf to bring the sale to a successful conclusion. I’ve been using Greenaway for over 7 years as my full service letting Agency. They have done nothing short of an amazing job. I am fully confident of the team, in their tennant searches, and looking after them once they are in there. I am not based anywhere near my property, and know that I can leave them in charge, safe everything will run smoothly. They take their roles very seriously and are incredibly professional. They work hard to reduce turnaround times, even going so far as to pack up their office, and clean themselves once so the tenants could move in to a clean house, as the cleaner fell ill. I spent a month analysing all the local agencies and comparing them before I chose Greenaway all those years ago. The flat I let out was my home, so I had an emotional attachment to it. I wanted to ensure it was in safe hands. It’s been very well looked after and I am 100% sure I made the right decision. They come highly recommended.

Very impressed with the service from Simon and Rebekah at Greenaway when my tenants recently moved out and my flat went back on the rental market. Not only did they source another tenant quickly they also got tradesmen in to redecorate and fit new carpeting during the week in which it was unoccupied. Greenaway was a very good letting agent during our time in Crawley and we could not fault them for their enthusiasm and responsiveness to us as tenants. However, be warned, the tenants' "terms and conditions" signed at the start of the tenancy contain a number of fees that you will be charged for; items such as references for your next rented property and £120 for a check of the property at the end of the tenancy, once the key was returned, which was then deducted from our deposit. Whilst this latter fee was set out in a document one year ago, we were not warned closer to the time that the £120 would be deducted - so it was a bit of a shock when we saw it! Greenaway's policies might not be different from other letting agents in the area but some of these additional fees did seem rather steep, when surely the landlord is already paying them a fee to look after their property.

As fist time buyers it's easy to get lost in all of the paperwork and language of property. Greenaway were great from start to finish and really helped us to fully understand the buying process. We had a very difficult solicitor and Greenaway were absolutely fantastic and managing them and ensuring that the sale completed on time. Simon in particular was integral in the chasing of information between all parties. I would certainly use them again and would happily recommend them to friends and family based on the personal and friendly service that we received.

Greenway Residential sold me an investment property and they are now a managing agent for me. I must say that my experience has been very positive and as I am in the business myself in Central London I expect nothing but the highest of service from the agents I deal with. I was interested to see how the agent outside London would perform and I was not disappointed, the service was excellent and all my requests and messages were dealt with very promptly. I have been renting out two properties through Greenaway Residential for around 8 years now and have always been perfectly satisfied with their work. I cannot actually remember the last time either property was empty for more than a short period and have only been in either of them once myself during all that time.
