GoogleLettings more like let down! Tenant's beware do yourself a favour and avoid this estate agent. Untrustworthy, arrogant, unwilling to help and generally incompetent. Non-existent customer service skills, always pass the book and fob you off when you need them. Properties not checked thoroughly and maintenance not carried out consistently, downright dangerous.

GoogleUndoubtedly the worst estate agency in Worthing. Impossible to communicate with, inconsistent with the truth totally disconnected processes and personnel. I have now had 4 phone calls and 2 emails asking me if I want them to value the house they know I have already sold via another agent. Avoid at all costs!

GoogleWas twice told I would receive a call that evening or the next morning and heard nothing, I had to call them myself to find out and no apology. Wasn't impressed with the service I received from the agent.
