GoogleThe ladies at Fox and Sons have been so unbelievably helpful. Both Amiee and Connie have gone above and beyond to help me settle in and answer any questions I have. They were superstars in the run up to moving day, on moving day and have checked on me since then. Such fantastic customer service is hard to find. I could not recommend them more! Thank you!!

GoogleWhen looking for a property to buy every office called constantly with homes I was not interested in in locations/set up/condition. Moving on, a year later i was thinking of selling my flat and I thought that such persistence might sell my property if I decided to sell so asked them to value mine. The guy came, was confident he could sell but valued 30k more than 3 other local agents which I thought was a bit over the top, the next day I was bombarded with calls from them, get it on the market now/we have 200 people on the books who will buy it, it was quite off putting considering I wasn't 100% on selling. At the same time I was receiving calls from other fox and sons offices about buying a new property and instantly regretted having them round remembering how persistent they wer last year. I decided to sell and chose yourmove as they seemed to be on the same page as me. Simple selling, nothing over the top, start at slightly higher price to achieve a realistic offer. I was still getting calls from f&sons and I'd told them I've listed with someone else but if I sell I'll keep an eye out if they have anything to buy, they actually did and it had been on the market for 6 months, I went to the office (to drive me to viewing) and the agent got stuck in traffic so I rebooked the next day only to get a call the following morning to say it had been sold, very odd considering it was on for 6 months and sold the morning I was viewing it, they kept calling with absolute rubbish, I only asked for a minimum requirement to be 1 bed and not in a block so they called me for studio flats in massive blocks. Then a lady called to confirm her appointment to come round to my flat at 7pm (knowing my partner, the mortgage holder would be home) I said no appointment and not interested and we had listed already with another agent as they knew, she said she was coming round to go through our agreement and get us out of that contract and wouldn't take no for answer, I had to leave a voicemail to say no one would be home so I didn't have to talk to anyone, a couple weeks later and still many calls which I ignored-we dropped the price of our property due to feedback from our viewings which we agreed with and did so, that day I got another call from the same lady thinking somehow she had a right to talk to me about this tho it's non of thier business and only could because they already had my phone number (so unprofessional) she went on and on and I said I'm happy with my agent who have done what I've asked, given me advice and have been professional, prompt and passionate about my property and because of the drop I had asked for we wer getting more and second viewings, she then tried to talk me into letting it instead of selling, I said I can't as the mortgage agreement does not allow, she suggested getting a new mortgage so I could, I told her I want to sell it not rent it as I want to buy another property, I'd been very polite to these sharks for weeks with different offices calling me to sell with them, trying to use underhand tactics against other agents and I'd had enough, I was polite encase they had a property I wanted but I just couldent deal with these people anymore and actually had to put the phone down/block every number they'd called me from and it's been quiet, now sold my property and my agent has also found another for me so fingers crossed but in the future if fox and sons do have a property I want I will immediacy dismiss it. All I asked for was a valuation and I've been harassed from the first day, if your reading this fox and sons remember how you told me it wasn't like that anymore lol please note that if u keep calling people with property's they don't want they will just stop taking your calls and if you keep harassing sellers and trying to dupe them into new contracts you won't get any.

GoogleFound initially the staff to be friendly and understanding with an easy approachable attitude, but didn't really advance past that.. Arranged to speak with mortgage advisor who was like a cat on a hot tin roof and wouldn't appear to stay still as got relocated to lancing, Worthing goring and bognor Regis to no avail. Biggest downfall here I found was pure and simple communication....

GoogleI had a extremely professional and honest experience with the Worthing branch. Really impressed with their flexibility and attention to detail when selling my house. The branch manager was pleasant to deal with and explained the sales and legal processes in a way that could be easily followed. I would certainly recommend them and the team and would certainly use them again.
