We had a great experience with fox and sons, being first time buyers it was a very daunting experience for us, however Jenny and the rest of the team were so helpful and guided us through it all. They communicated with us every step of the way and answered every question we had ( which was obviously a lot), they also helped us get answers from the solicitors which were less than helpful but Jenny rang and emailed multiple times a day to make sure we got the answers we needed! Overall we got great service from them and that gave us a great experience!

I had advertised my house via doorsteps.co.uk but they took ages to send the photographer and I had very few responses. By contrast once I signed up with Fox & Sons I had a much better service, marketing package, considerable interest, and considerate accompanied viewings. I had another estate agent in addition to these and also had very little interest via them compared to Fox & Sons. My only issue would be that communicating updates could have been better, such as changes in the chain and discussions about completion date.PositiveValue
