I’m currently in the process of buying my first home, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better support than what I’ve received from my mortgage advisor, Steven, and my estate agent, Emily. Steven has been exceptional from day one, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly proactive. He’s taken the time to explain every step clearly, answered every question (no matter how small), and consistently gone above and beyond to make the mortgage process smooth and stress-free. Emily has been equally fantastic. She’s been unbelievably accommodating, always quick to respond, and genuinely invested in helping me move forward with confidence. Her professionalism and friendly approach have made a huge difference during what can be a stressful time. Even taking time away from her busy schedule to sit down with me and explaining how to fill certain documents and forms Both Steven and Emily have absolutely smashed every expectation. Because I work dangerously close to their base of operations, I keep popping in far more often than any normal human should. With endless little questions. Constantly. Relentlessly. And yet, they’ve been nothing but kind, patient, and genuinely helpful every single time. At this point, I’m basically part of the furniture, and they still haven’t tried to hide from me behind the desk. That’s dedication.

Emily has been amazing since taking on my property. After 3 failed sales, this 4th one seems to be the final one and she used her negotiating skills to get well over the asking price! Only a bit of feedback of Fox and sons as a whole, does seem the Worthing office and west Worthing aren’t always in communication, a bit of confusion with who was coming when to view my property. But otherwise overall good agents!
