GoogleI would like to take a minute and say a few words about Ruth. She's been such a great help and her lovely attitude brightens up a house! We had a viewing quite late at 17:30 and due to traffic we were a bit late. Ruth was so lovely and professional all throughout and she was just bright and friendly and just amazing. GoogleWe sold my mum's flat through Fox and Sons and from the very beginning everyone was so friendly, you were always welcomed with a smile.
My thanks go to Charlie though. He was always so polite, so helpful and always made you feel like nothing was too much trouble. Charlie answered every call and every email, replying straight away to any queries I had. Our sale was a bit complicated and did take time but Charlie would send emails for me, make photocopies of documents for me and would chase any questions I needed answering from the solicitors or the buyers. Charlie was professional, courteous and always had a smile on his face.

What struck me first about Tara was that she offered me so much more information from the offset compared to other advisors, which was really helpful being a first time buyer. She has been so supportive and helpful throughout the process, always willing to make time for us and answer any questions we had. She was able to secure us a good rate and went above and beyond to get things done when we needed them. Really honest and genuine person who just wants the best for her clients, 100% recommend!

GoogleOrganised a viewing with them for the day after I called. Was told a time to meet and I would get a call about an hour before hand to discuss what we were looking for and mortgage suitability etc. Didnβt get the call and nor did anybody turn up the viewing. Got no phone call, voicemails or emails from them telling me it was cancelled. Thanks for wasting my time, Iβll take my business elsewhere.

Following discussions with the branch, they have confirmed that you were registered with them and had been booked in for a property viewing. The team made several attempts to contact you; however, the contact details provided did not connect or appeared to be incorrect.
The branch also attempted to reach you regarding a mortgage appointment you had booked, but unfortunately did not receive a response, again likely due to the contact details on file. Despite this, they kept your viewing appointment open, as the property was located close to the branch and they hoped to confirm your correct contact details when you attended.
However, the office did not receive any communication from you to advise that you had arrived for the viewing or that you were unable to attend.
If you would like to contact the branch directly, they would be more than happy to arrange another viewing and ensure your contact details are updated correctly.

GoogleI cannot fault Ruth and fox's and sons one bit. The whole process from start to finish was great. It was proving to be abit of stressful experience trying to find our new home but as soon as I viewed the house with Ruth everything was straight forward, from the application through to completion.
Ruth's communication throughout was great, every question was answered promptly and all documents completed swiftly and we had secured the house within 48 hours...I didn't think that would have been possible.
Ruth has truly made the experience so easy for us. Thanks for everything π
