The Team Members are Fantastic

We recently successfully closed on a house purchase handled by Penny & Sinclair, and had a very positive experience with Erling Lindoe and Robin Spindlow as very professional agents. Excellent experience

We had an excellent experience with Penny & Sinclair, regarding both selling our old house and buying a new one, which completed a small chain. Our estate agent, Joe Worsell, was wonderful from the moment he showed us the house we ended up buying. Being polite and friendly, but impartial and professional, he earned our trust from the very beginning, so we were more than happy for him to manage the sale of our old house. We were prepared for a scenario that the house wouldn't sell fast enough, but it was done really quickly (and on top of that amidst a holidays season), we had 2 offers within 3 weeks. Joe continued to guide us further throughout the process, being always available, always happy to help, often going out of his way to provide the information and help that we needed. Penny and Sinclaire were the vendors agents for the house we bought in Charlbury in September 2015. They marketed the house very well though our first experiences with a certain member of staff (since departed) were poor. Subsequently we were looked after by Kate McKinnon who was excellent. She responded quickly to our many questions and seemed to have a genuine interest in us as people. Certainly the best individual we dealt with at any estate agency in West Oxfordshire.
