I’ve just sold my house with Joe from Penny and Sinclair, and he’s been fantastic from start to finish. He kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. His market knowledge, attention to detail, and warm, genuine approach really stood out. Joe went above and beyond at every stage, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Sean had vision, demonstrated consummate professionalism, attention to detail, an ability to deal with our emotions (we had gone through a divorce after 25 years marriage), and being able to balance all sides (buyer and seller) to the benefit of all. Penny and Sinclair found us a buyer in a dead market and managed to keep the sale on the rails despite many issues that could have derailed it, highly recommended.

GoogleErling, Robin and Helen were brilliant. I sold my home in less than 3 weeks. I hadn't found a new home, so they were really helpful keeping my buyer in the loop, keeping in touch with us both regularly. No question was too small and I felt valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend Penny & Sinclair to anyone selling their home.

In our dealings with Penny and Sinclair, we found that all the employees were equally trustworthy and dedicated to making their interaction with the client totally satisfactory. We would always recommend them for the buying or selling of a property. We liked the fact that it was a local agency, very aware of the conditions prevailing in the area. We were concerned about the delays caused by the buyer's solicitor, and we greatly appreciated the commitment of Penny and Sinclair and our solicitor to complete the sale within the required time.

This a review of Nafeesa Ahmed, who manages my rental flat at Penny and Sinclair (I am the renter, not the owner). There were many problems with the flat when I moved in, all of which predated Nafeesa's joining the company. These have been addressed in a timely and efficient manner. I am *very* impressed with her dedication and commitment to providing excellent service. Having rented flats many places in the US AND UK, I can say that Nafeesa Ahmed is the best property manager I have ever worked with.

I have not yet moved into my rental property, but the experience I have had so far with Penny & Sinclair has been really positive. Nathan Tan, the lettings manager, has been great every step of the way. He arranged an in-person viewing for me the following day after I called, kindly waited for us at the property after we were delayed due to traffic, and was very helpful whilst showing us around.Since the viewing Nathan has sent regular updates regarding my application, responding to emails and answering all of my questions promptly. Overall a very positive experience - thank you!

Selling your family home is a big scary venture. I invited 3 local Estate Agents to value the house, then I picked the one that I thought I’d most like to work with, and that was Joe at Penny & Sinclair. He comes across as a genuinely nice guy, because he really is a genuinely nice guy. But he’s also incredibly good at his job. He understands the local market, and quickly lined up a week of viewings. No time-wasters, just genuine buyers who actually wanted our type of house. In no time at all, we had multiple buyers interested, and we accepted an offer well above the asking price. There were bumps along the way, as there are with most house sales, but he was on-it straight away, liaising effortlessly between buyer, seller, and both solicitors. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joe & his team.

Helen Lee has been nothing but diligent and reliable throughout our two tenancies and we are happy to continue on with her as long as we can. And as we went through a house sale as tenants, Robin was so great with communication and was always accessible when I needed info. I highly recommend this establishment and their steadfast team members.

GoogleI have recently concluded the process of re-letting a property through the Burford branch of Penny & Sinclair and have been very pleased with the level and quality of service I received. I have previously used another local letting agent, who were fine, but did not have the same level of personal attention and emphasis on customer service. On that note, I would particularly like to mention and thank Helen Lee, who I dealt with almost exclusively throughout. She was consistently excellent in her approach to finding the type of tenants I wanted and keeping the continuity with one person from start to finish was really valuable. She responded quickly to questions and was responsive to my suggestions. All in all, I can thoroughly recommend Penny & Sinclair Burford, and Helen in particular. Any landlord in the area will be delighted with the service they offer.

GoogleWe moved into rented accommodation in August 2020, and Helen from the Burford branch of Penny & Sinclair was absolutely brilliant, every question was answered quickly and to our satisfaction. They provide a comprehensive inventory prior to moving in, and any queries we had were answered or resolved brilliantly. Once moved in that service hasn’t faltered, any issue at all, she has sorted speedily and made life very easy for us. I would highly recommend P & S Burford, and in particular Helen.
