I have had a great experience at buying me new first home

I have had a great experience dealing with Chancellors, Aysha and her team, were always quick in returning any information that I requested about the property that I was buying and kept me in loop if there were any delays involving with the vendors. Once offer had been accepted they were on the ball and making it as smooth as smooth as possible between myself and all parties involved. It has been a pleasure to be purchasing my first home with Aysha and her team.

I absolutely can’t thank Leeann from chancellors sales team enough! Her communication was really outstanding. She kept us updated at every stage and made sure I was always in the loop. She was proactive and genuinely cared about moving things forward with our purchase. Leeann even took the initiative to copy me into communications with my legal team, which gave them the nudge they needed to take our property purchase seriously. I was dreading the experience of selling, i don't live in Oxon, I'm 72 and disabled. Kirsty and Jordan were totally a...mazing. they helped me through all my problems with kindness and a little laughter now and again. They both kept in touch on a regular basis, if i left an answerphone message they got back to me quickly. I would like to thank the estate agents, Jordan Horne and Kirsty Woodley, for their wonderful service in the purchase of our new property. Jordan was very flexible with his time in giving us viewings, and managed to squeeze us in outside of his office hours which shows great customer care. He was extremely professional when showing us the property, and very responsive with our enquiries. Fantastic Support

Briar (Jones) was fantastic from the start. She stepped over and above our expectations by being knowledgeable, helpful and a wonderful person who kept me informed at all times, and was always there to answer my questions.
