We were pressed for time, faced a tight turnaround, and encountered a number of spanners in the works. For months on end, Jamie was unstintingly responsive, proactive, and organised. Not once in the protracted process did he drop the ball. I am incredibly impressed with his professionalism and effectiveness, and I could not recommend the office highly enough.

Briar (Jones) was fantastic from the start. She stepped over and above our expectations by being knowledgeable, helpful and a wonderful person who kept me informed at all times, and was always there to answer my questions. We had a difficult time due to my buyers solicitor being shut down after we had exchanged and the support and advice I received from Briar was second to none. Overall I couldn’t have expected more from her, and I am so happy that I chose Chancellors.

GoogleI viewed a number of properties with Jordan and had a really good experience. I didn't end up buying through Chancellors in the end, but Jordan showed me several houses and was always friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. He was punctual, kept me updated and made the whole process straightforward. Even though I found a property elsewhere, I genuinely appreciate all the time and effort he put in and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a property

Not the best experience in relation to my landlord but Lauren Clancy who was my contact at chancellor’s was excellent. So many issues with the property I was renting but Lauren went above and beyond to try and resolve them as quickly as she was able.

GoogleFriendly staff, willing to help. Jordan, Kirsty and Shelby supported us through our purchase. There were occasions when they were difficult to get hold off and we were being asked questions we had already answered on occasions, but they were very supportive in pushing the purchase through as quickly as possible.

Luke is a lovely young man, very knowledgeable and came prepared with a couple of issues to the property with certificates, quotes and also answered every question. There was no sense of urgency to rush the viewing. It would be great if all agents were like Luke.

GoogleI would like to thank chancellors especially Kirsty and Jordan for all there help through a very difficult drawn out sale and purchase which was not there fault. Jordan helped with the forms because I did not have a printer and Kirsty kept me informed through out. It was a very difficult time for all of us but we won in the end.

I would like to see a big thank you to Chancellors Letting Agent south east management team. Dana to be precise - this is a thank you for all your hard work and patience. I would also like to say thank you to Maya, John, and Liberty. They always attend to my call and every issue I have at the Property. I have used different Letting agencies overtime but the experience I have had with Chancellors has been easy and seamless. Their communication level is clear, respectful, and very understanding. If you are looking at renting or buying a property go to Chancellors - the entire team are trustworthy and of great help.

GoogleBoth Jordan and Kirsty have been so helpful to us during our search for a home to buy. We found a property we were hoping to secure but had a property to sell meanwhile. Jordan kept in contact with us weekly to see how things were going and was then able to provide that feedback to his vendor and help keep the channels of communication open. Having that regular contact with Jordan has been very reassuring and shows clearly that he goes the extra mile for his vendor client and also for prospective purchasers!! It has been a pleasure working with Jordan and Kirsty, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of selling, especially in this tough market!

Honestly, all the staff at Chancellors were fantastic and so so helpful throughout our selling process, but one agent in particular was just outstanding and that was Charlotte Morgan. Her communication and support was absolutely brilliant. Even out of the office, she made sure to always get back to us. Even during times of anxiety she made us feel so settled and would be so knowledgeable with all areas of the process. She completed the final viewing of the house and got us over the line!
