GoogleI can't recommend Edward Knight enough after our previous agent just sent round people who had no real interest in our property. We put our house back up for sale after a year of frustration and Mohammed and all of the team provided lots of viewings and, in a very short space of time, we had a number of offers to choose from. Cheerful, helpful and proactive throughout the sale process.

Knowing we wanted a quick sale, within a few weeks we had multiple viewings and sold for the asking price. He was realistic and transparent, easy to contact and kept us well informed. This company, especially the Daventry branch will try to hoodwink you out of your deposit and try to charge you for extras when you leave a property. That happened to us, a lot of unnecessary and needless nastiness after renting a property for 3 years. They know some people are in a desperate situation and will feed off that.

He was also really helpful in communicating with the solicitors to try to get the exchange of contracts over the line, which was really helpful at a stressful time. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to sell in the Northampton area.

GoogleOn handover day I found the service poor. Hard to contact in order to make arrangement to collect keys. They were clearly too busy to cope with managing our move due to managing daily business. Upon move in the boiler did not work and neither did the dishwasher. Bit harsh really. Not much care or attention.

Vicky you attended an Open Day and not a house viewing as was pointed out to Aidan when He booked his appointment time. You were then given instruction on how to make an offer if you so wished. This has clearly upset you enough to leave a review but was done so to help you and ensure you were given an equal opportunity to purchase a house you showed enough interest in to attend the Open Day.
