GoogleEdward Knight were brilliant selling our house. Mark communicates really well, keeping us informed of developments and feedback from potential buyers. He was also really helpful in communicating with the solicitors to try to get the exchange of contracts over the line, which was really helpful at a stressful time. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to sell in the Northampton area.

GoogleOn handover day I found the service poor. Hard to contact in order to make arrangement to collect keys. They were clearly too busy to cope with managing our move due to managing daily business. Upon move in the boiler did not work and neither did the dishwasher. Bit harsh really. Not much care or attention.

Vicky you attended an Open Day and not a house viewing as was pointed out to Aidan when He booked his appointment time. You were then given instruction on how to make an offer if you so wished. This has clearly upset you enough to leave a review but was done so to help you and ensure you were given an equal opportunity to purchase a house you showed enough interest in to attend the Open Day.
