We can't thank the team at the Duston branch enough for their help with our sale and purchase. From Chris' valuation, right through to completion, the team worked tirelessly to get us over the line - especially Becky Toone. At one point, we thought the sale would never happen, due to various delays with our buyer, and we were worried that we would lose our purchase. Becky and the team worked in tandem with our solicitors to move the process forwards, including calling, e-mailing and chasing the buyer and his solicitors, and keeping us up to date every step of the way, until our eventual completion. From start to end their service delivery was extremely good. Olivia at the Duston branch maintained communication between us, buyers and both set of solicitors. Olivia shared up to date information making the process less stressful. I would have given 5 stars BUT commission was agreed at a lower %, they tried to charge an higher % and did not in any way state that VAT would be added. This made a significant difference in our payment to them and lacked clarity on their part. However I would go with them again.

Jackson and Grundy Duston, have been amazing to deal with from start to end. We initially chose them to sell our property, as compared to other agents we approached they did not do a hard sell, harass us, or rubbish other agency’s in comparison to them. Megan and Chris were super professional throughout the selling process and they helped me secure an offer within a week or two of being on the market. Later Becky was superb as the sale progressed and supported above and beyond with facilitating communication between us, all solicitors in the chain and the other estate agents in the chain. I’m so grateful to the whole team for the fantastic service they gave us and after having a pretty dismal view of estate agents prior to working to these guys, I have had my mind well and truly changed. My advice to anyone choosing an estate agent to sell their property is to be careful who you chose to represent you - if they hard sell and make you uncomfortable then the chances are that any potential buyers of your property will feel the same. The team at Duston could not be more pleasant to deal with.

GoogleGreat people, except if you have issues with your rental property I suggest you ask for Kayleigh. Kayleigh is amazing and will deal with any little complaints you have but ingrida will make you feel like everything is your fault even if it's structural issues in a property. She personally sent me an email saying I never contacted her or never talked to my partner (the 2nd person on the lease and the guy who lived with me and heard the calls and me being blown off when I asked for her 🤣) it's a good company to rent for as long as you get to talk to Kayleigh and no one else 🤣
Honestly would never rent off ingrida again but 100% would trust Kayleigh. Moving out due to structural issues and Kayleigh made it easy and helped us negotiate with the landlord but ingrida just sent me emails blaming me and my partner for everything when we tried to treat our property with the upmost respect.
