GoogleMe and Amy partner viewed a house with Amy, following her helpfulness and knowledge we decieded to put my house and my partners house on the market with Edward knight to proceed to hopefully buy the one we viewed.
We got several viewings on each of our properties and kept informed.
Amy was always able to assist us with any queries and from start to finish has been extremely helpful and approachable.
We ended up buying the house of our dreams, all thanks to the help of Amy and Edward knight. Would recommend, and we have done to family and friends already.

Mohammed went the extra mile when contacting us and making sure we knew everything on the steps to make when buying our first property. He really guided us through the process effortless and chased up all the relevant parties to make sure it progressed as quick as it did to get us into our dream home doing anything he could to help. By the end of it he was more of a friend to us than just our estate agent which really helped us settle in to our property with any questions we may have had. GoogleI have used Edward Knight before, Franko came out and discussed my house what it would fetch and took some really good photos. Had a couple of viewings, then had a viewing that was taken by Mark, well what can I say HE IS REALLY AMAZING, he is so good at his job the people he was showing around brought it a couple of hours later, Mark got me the price I was after which was really good in the hard market we are in at the moment. Mark kept me in the loop the entire time, if I sent him a message he would always come back to me within the hour with an answer. The whole process took longer than it should have done but that was down to Solicitors, Mark chased them when nothing seemed to be happing.
Would I use Edward Knight again YES already used them to sell another property for me and Mark was/is just as amazing in selling this one for me. A Massive THANK YOU to Mark and Edward Knight

Viewed a property with the branch at moulton for a lease hold property. First question we asked was do they allow pets to which the response was yes. We put an offer in on the property which was accepted and moved forward with the purchase. We later found out from the solicitors that pet where not allowed to be kept in property. We questioned the estate agent with regard to this only to be told the managed company had changed the rules but when we looked into this further we found out that they had never allowed pets. I had to rehome my dog because of the false information we received from this branch as if I had not carried on with purchase I would have been homeless. This is not the first time my family have had problems with branch. Would never use them again or recommend them.

Incredibly rude and condescending staff, very unhelpful and were put out when I rang to ask them questions re my tenancy. Rang as they ignored email. Falsely advertised property both with pictures and goods stated in property. Took 2 weeks for them to confirm which white goods were in property. Had to drag information out of them as to what would happen next, eg once signed tenancy agreement electronically would we get copy of tenancy agreement back signed by them or ? Overall very unimpressed and would not use them again.

This is a strange agency, they have a specific office for houses over 400k but not really providing the service needed to sell such houses in prestigious locations. The house wasn't selling and getting very few viewings, however JG did not once proactively speak to me to see what could be done to make the house more appealing. Whether that be reduce the price or if work needed doing the house, I made it very clear to them that they are the professionals in this field and would be open to what ever they thought needed doing. We reduced the price but this was by our own conclusions about the market not from any advise given from JG. The other issue I had was with their photos, very poor done by themselves not using a wide angel lens. When I suggested they needed to use a wider angle lens they said they don't use wide angle lenses. Which is very short sited of them.The new agents we are using seem to be on a different level, they are using professional photographer and the photos have turned out amazing. They are confident about their ability so there is no tie in periods and they have taken the time to get to know the house and all the details.Also they kept trying to get different people from various offices to do the viewings which I specifically said they shouldn't for obvious reasons.If you are selling a large property over 400k stay away there are much better agents who for less will do a better job.

Thanks Ricky, as you left the property without cleaning to the standard required you were advised that we required a £50 deduction from your deposit . Which is less than half the cost of an End of Tenancy clean, which the property required. I won’t upload photos of your toilet as you have your name attached to the review but I can assure you that we found more than just dust. As I’m sure you will appreciate we need to provide properties which are hygienic if not left to a good enough standard which you did not. Despite this we offered you the keys back for the property for you to rectify yourself, but regrettably you refused, this would have saved you your £50.
