GoogleI’m very pleased with the way Harry Richards handled the repair of the heater that supplies hot water to my flat. From reporting the issue to completion, the whole process was managed efficiently and professionally. Harry kept me informed throughout and made sure the job was done to a high standard. GoogleWell if there was a option for 6 stars then i would give it. I’ve recently purchased my first home through dixons and everything about my experience with the company was warm and welcoming. Constant up to date feed back from Dan letting me know how the process was going. He even refered me to their in house mortgage advisor Adam Rhodes. From the first time I spoke to Adam i could tell he was a professional man and cared about the job he was doing. Never have i received such great customer care and service. He answered all my questions and helped push along the sale as much as possible. Such a stressful moment eased by the hard working people at dixons. Will 100% recommend to family and friends and will definatly use again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI have deleted my post because since before moving in to our rented property there has been problems. We requested two things to be done which because Dixons doesn’t manage the property they don’t chase up. Which is disgusting because of everything we had to do before moving in was a joke. I thought Dixons were the high end of the estate agents market but we’ve had nothing but rubbish since moving into the property we let through them.

From our first initial meeting he was friendly and welcoming, very reassuring and clear in explaining the process of buying a property which was great for us 1st time buyers. After experiencing a struggle with having our house on the market for a number of weeks with another agent and not getting much interest in viewings etc, we decided to switch to Dixons. Within 1 week of switching to Dixons, Faye and the team were able to arrange multiple viewings and obtain an offer. Friendly and knowledgeable service throughout the process to completion. GoogleThis was the second time we used Alex, he is brilliant. The first time was when we bought our first home and the second for our remortgage. He is really helpful and knowledgeable. For our remortgage he found us a great deal, He was always in contact throughout the process. When it came to the final completion statement, he advised us to contact our old mortgage because he thought they may not have accounted for our recent mortgage payment. Turns out he was right and the mortgage company refunded us a whole month. Which is great! (We wouldn’t have known this if it wasn’t for Alex) 👌🏻
