I cannot recommend Ian Walker my mortgage broker highly enough! He is incredibly efficient and reliable. Due to sellers withdrawing, I ended up needing to arrange three different mortgages in just six months, and Ian handled the entire process flawlessly every single time. He managed every issue that cropped up, from dealing with expired offers to proactively contacting banks to update our rates as market interest rates dropped. The speed at which he handles documentation is amazing, we often had a formal offer back in just a few days. Ian is extremely responsive and always kept us updated; I never had to chase him once. If you want a broker who stays ahead of the game and makes a stressful process feel easy, Ian is your person. Highly recommended!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! The viewing with Hannah was fine and she was lovely. But after paying the deposits, first month's rent in advance and getting the keys it had all gone wrong. The boiler broke, the landlord left his belongings behind and is using the space i pay rent for for his car, then i find out my balcony has to be ripped up because of a leak into the apartment below. Raised multiple times with Jess and keep getting ignored. I have my own property to let out, which they know about, and there is no way I will let these cowboys manage it for me because the way they treat tenants is disgusting!

I used Ian walker as my broker to get a mortgage, he went out his way and made everything go smoothly. Ian is a great example of a honest mortgage broker who wouldn't give you false hope, he explained everything in detail and was straight up in regards to my hopes and expectations. I am writing this 5 star review to highlight Jess Blyth’s outstanding and straightforward negotiating skills, communication skills and the highest patience into processing my application for a house! Richard and Vicky did an excellent job helping us not only sell our house but chase the rest of the chain to ensure we could move in before Christmas. We found a house we loved before we had put ours on the market but that was no problem for Richard who got our house on the market within a matter of days and sold it for the asking price within a week so that we could secure our dream house! Vicky was excellent in keeping us updated on the progress of the sale and both Richard and Vicky went above and beyond chasing the rest of the chain and feeding back information to us so we knew what was happening throughout. My family are grateful to Becky and her team in the service and care shown in the 2-3 years of letting our property. From the time I spoke with Becky (over the phone during Covid) to the most recent times in concluding matters, I have really appreciated the way in which Becky takes an interest and provides service in the way she delegates to her team and remains available. Behind every house, there are people and their circumstances and I found Becky to be very mindful of this in her approach as she was caring, sensitive, and very helpful throughout the entire letting process. Our tenants were extraordinary and stayed the entire time the property was available to rent because they were happy there. I appreciate the thought and care given by Amy to find reliable tenants, who would appreciate the property. I wholeheartedly endorse the letting team at Dixons.
