Communication wasn't great, we were told the property we were renting was a council tax band A when it wasn't - didn't find out until after moving in. When going through referencing they contacted myself and employer twice a day to chase, despite already having the required information and then not confirming this or making it clear that they needed something else instead. Were requesting good reviews before we had even moved in and chased us the following morning to request a review. Following moving in their communication with us hasn't been great, days to respond to emails with questions ignored and instead a request for a review. Overall, they seem more concerned with getting a good review than providing a good service which was very disappointing.

Pleasant experience, quick communication. Very glad that they were able to arrange viewings on Saturday, and almost everything was coordinated through email with just a couple additional phone calls, so it is easier when you have a busy schedule. Big thanks for the agent Amber, she was lovely.

Generally very good service. However, I wanted to view 2 vacant apartments in a block but was told that the current tenant would not allow viewings for one of them. The agent told me explicitly that this apartment was IDENTICAL to the one I actually viewed. On the basis of that statement, we agreed to a tenancy for the apartment we did not view. On taking possession, the apartment was NOT identical (smaller). Not impressed.
